Recommended Set Points: Frozen - Full load–14 to 16 minutes; single pan–6 to 8 minutes
Fresh - Full load–7 to 10 minutes; single pan–4 to 5 minutes.
Recommended Process: Make sure the unit is connected to water supply. Turn unit on and
allow to preheat. Using 2” steam table pan (perforated for better performance), fill pans with vegetables and place in unit. Set timer to desired minutes. When timer sounds, serve food product, or transfer to a CVap holding unit.
