Program unit at desired settings. Allow unit to preheat until LOAD
displays on LED. Follow standard procedures for bread prep and
proofing. Place bread product into the unit for approximately 40
minutes. Remove baked bread and serve, or allow to automatically
transition to a 150˚F hold cycle. Bread may be removed and
transferred to a CVap holding cabinet for extended holding.
