Description

The WA-2200 is a next-generation Wave 2 access
point, redesigned with a high-speed, quad-core
chipset, faster setup and configuration with BakPak,
and more advanced wireless technology to meet the
performance demands of the smart home.

The WA-2200 is best for small to large homes
demanding the best possible performance for
high-throughput and real-time, latency-sensitive
applications. The WA-2200 is engineered with a new,
high-speed chipset delivering faster speeds, greater
reliability, and smooth client hand os anywhere
in the home. Next-generation wireless technology,
including beamforming and Wave 2 MU-MIMO,
ensure high-throughput connectivity for bandwidth­intensive devices and real-time applications.

The WA-2200 delivers a fast and easy setup process
designed to streamline your deployments. BakPak
is built in and supports all wireless settings—
including SSIDs, passwords, auto-channel, and Tx
power levels—enabling complete configuration of
the wireless network while onsite and remotely
from a desktop or BakPak mobile app. Multi-AP
deployments are now streamlined with complete
cloud configuration through BakPak, saving
deployment time and eliminating controller hardware
costs.

The smallest Pakedge access point to date, the WA­2200 delivers a sleek, more aesthetically designed
form factor that will delight your customers. A
mounting template and accessory kit are included
in the box for easier installation. 802.11af PoE
compliance eliminates extra wiring and reduces PoE
power draw.

Beamforming technology focuses the AP RF signal

The WA-2200 streamlines setup and configuration
for single- and multi-AP deployments. Getting your
AP set up is fast and easy with key setup features—
including username and password, SSIDs, and
guest networks—listed on a single page. Intuitively
navigate to advanced settings on other tabs.

The new username and password requirement for
the WA-2200 login credentials requires default
settings to be changed upon setup to ensure your
customers are protected.

Streamlined multi-AP deployments
with BakPak

Multi-AP deployments are now easier than ever
with BakPak. Complete BakPak cloud configuration
enables controller-less multi-AP deployments,
eliminating additional hardware costs and reducing
deployment time. Discover additional APs on the
network and, with a single click, automatically
enroll each AP to BakPak. After discovery, push all
configuration settings to all connected APs in just
minutes.

BakPak remote management
and configuration

With BakPak Lite built in, it’s easy to configure,
monitor, and manage your customers’ wireless
networks remotely. Receive alerts, update firmware,
or push wireless configuration settings—to a single
AP or multi-AP systems—from your desktop or
mobile app.
