SAR INFORMATION
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types S13(FCC ID: WY8Z6150CS13) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the ear is 0.244 W/kg and when properly worn on the body is 0.171 W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 1.5cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 1.5cm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.

Key Definitions
Left Soft key/Right Soft key
Execute functions the left-down/right-down corner indicator shows. In the standby mode, press Left Soft key to access Menu, and Right
Soft key to Name.
Navigation key
In other modes, it is used as the navigation/direction key except for some special functions. In the standby mode, left key to access Message;right key to FM Radio;press up key to access Profiles;down key to access Music Player.
End key
Mainly used as power on/off. Press to return to the standby screen in any interface.
Dial key
Press the key to dial or receive an incoming call. When in the standby mode, press the key to access All.
Numeric key
Press these keys to input numbers or characters.
Star key
1.After inputting the phone number, press and hold "*" key until the
symbol "P" appears, and input the extension number.
2. In MP3 mode,press "*" key to turn down the volume.

5. Icons in the standby screen
Icon Functions introduction
Signal strength
Vertical bars show the strength of the network connection. The icon is displayed on the standby screen.
Battery strength
Filled area shows the battery level. The icon is displayed on the standby screen.
Alarm
The icon shows an alarm is on. When the alarm is off, it disappears. In addition, memorandum and schedule are also showed with it.
Unread message
The icon is displayed on the standby screen when there are unread messages in the inbox.
General
When the mode is set to general, the icon is not displayed on the standby screen.
Meeting
When the mode is setting to meeting, the icon displays in the standby screen.
OutDoor
When the mode is setting to OutDoor, the icon displays in the standby screen.
InDoor
When the mode is setting to InDoor, the icon displays in the standby screen.
Headset
When the mode is setting toHeadset, th e icon displays in the standby screen.

6. Getting started
6.1 SIM card installation
When you register as a subscriber with a network operator, you get a SIM(Subscriber Identity Module) card. The SIM card contains a computer chip that keeps track of your phone number, the services included in your subscription, and your phonebook information. Caution: Do not bend or scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card to static electricity, water, or dirt.
TipsPut th e no cut-an gle end of the SIM card to th e slot. And make sure the SIM card is placed under the metal clips.
6.2 Install the battery
Caution: Install according to the illustration above to avoid breaking the battery conne ctors.
6.3 Charge the battery
Insert the charger into the bottom of the ph one, The flash symbol on the charger plug must face upwards. Connect the charger to a standard wall outlet and the battery power icon in the up-right corner of the screen starts scrolling. When the battery bar stops scrolling, the battery charge is complete. Press the two sides of the charger plug to disconnect the charger from the phone.
·When the battery is not enough, one low battery message displays on the screen and the bat tery icon displays empty. If the battery level is very low, the phone turns off automatically. Do not use your phone under low battery state for a long time, or it may cause battery damage.
6.4 Security codes
—PIN code PIN codePersonal identity numberprevents unauthorized use of your phone. The PIN code usually provided by your network operator with the SIM card. If you enter the wrong code three times in a row, the PIN code is blocked. To unblock the PIN code, you need to enter your PUK. Your PUK is provided by your network op erator. —PIN2 code Some functions, call costs for example, need input the PIN2 code. The PIN2 code provided by your network operator with some of the SIM card, and these functions are only available when the SIM card supports them. If you enter the wrong PIN2 code three times in a row, the PIN2 code is blocked. To unblock the PIN2 code, you need to enter your PUK2. Your PUK2 is provided by your network operator. Phone code Activate/Modify/Deactivate Startup password (the length of the password is 4-8 digital numbers). If you activate the “Startup password”, you need to enter the password each time you turn the phone on. If you want to modify the Startup password or deactivate “Startup password”, you can enter Modify/Deactivate option to set.

7. Your handset
7.1 Turn on
·Press and hold the power key to turn on your phone, the phone will light the backlight, and display power on animation. You can only access some of the menu interfaces, which do not rely on the SIM card when no SIM card installed or the SIM card is not correctly installed.
· When the PIN code is activated, the phone will display ”Please enter PIN code” before power on. Input the correct PIN code and press Left soft key to continue.
·If the PIN code is locked, the alert message for inputting PUK code will display in the screen before power on.
·The phone will search the network automatically after power on. If your phone connects network correctly, the name of the network and signal strength will display; if your phone can’t register or can’t register correctly, you can only access emergency calls and other functions not relying on the network.
7.2 Making a call
In standby screen, enter the area code (if required) and phone number and then press the green key to make a call. Press the right soft key to delete a number if necessary, and press and hold the right soft key to delete all the number s. Press the left soft key to access Option menu, and use navigation key to select an item.
·Send message Edit SMS and send it to the selected phone number.
·Add to Phone book Add the phone number to Phone book, it will store in the SIM card or handset memory.
·Call Call the number.
7.3 Answer an incoming call
When you have an incoming call, your phone rings and/or vibrates and di splays an incoming call message. Press the green key or left soft key to answer it.
7.4 End a call
Press the power key to end a call or cancel an outgoing call when it hasn’t been received.
7.5 Emergency service
You can dial an emergency call without SIM card. Contact your service provider to get the emergency call.
7.6 Missed/Dialed call
You have two ways to access the latest missed/dialed calls, and check the time and date related the numbers.
·When missed a call, the character “missed a call” and the number of missed calls displays in the
