2. NEVER place stool on a cart, table, stand or other objects; Stool could fall and INJURY MAY OCCUR.
3. DO NOT allow children to play with stool; INJURY MAY OCCUR.
4. Periodically, recheck tightness of all nuts, bolts and screws.
5. Stool must ALWAYS be positioned on level surface.
6. DO NOT use stool in or with ANY type of vehicle or trailer. Winco stools have not been tested or approved for use
by an occupant in any type of vehicle or trailer.
7. Immediately remove from service; Any stool with broken or missing parts, or other visible damage.
8. USE ONLY WINCO AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
9. NEVER EXCEED the recommended weight capacity of 300 lbs. (136 kg).

CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS
Tools needed:
• Scissors or box cutter
• Box-wrench (provided)
After checking your product for any shipping damage, remove all packing mater ial and hard war e that was
secured for shipping. Cut tape and/or plastic with scissors, being careful not to damage product.
HANDLE INSTALLATION – Model 4230 ONLY (FIG.1)
1. Line up the holes in the h andl e with ho les in th e 4230 stool legs a nd insert
the (4) phillips-head screws.
2. Place (1) nylon lock-nut onto the end of each screw.
3. Tighten all (4) nylon lock-nuts to a snug fit using a phillips-head
screwdriver and a box wrench (provide d) .
4. The footstool is now ready for use. Please keep safety first, and follow the
guidelines below, during use.
CARE & MAINTENA NCE OF YOUR FOOTSTOOL
1. Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.
2. Do not use on uneven, soft surfaces.
3. Do not use in a wet environment
4. Replace worn or cracked crutch tips.
