Produktbeschreibung Product Description

Plaque Photo ist ein lichthärtendes
Löffelmaterial in Form von vorgefertigten
OK-Basisplatten, zur Herstellung von
verwindungssteifen individuellen
Abformlöffeln und Bissschablonen und
weiteren Indikationen (siehe Anwendungs­gebiete).
Plaque Photo kann in allen UV- und
Halogen-Lichtgeräten ausgehärtet werden.
Die Basisplatten werden in einer wieder
verwendbaren Lichtschutzdose geliefert, die
als Container zum Transport oder zur
Lagerung von Modellen, etc. einsetzbar ist.

Vorbereitung

• Die Konturen des zukünftigen Löffels auf
dem Modell anzeichnen.

•

Untersichgehende Bereiche am Modell

ausblocken.

• Als Platzhalter für die Abformmasse, das
ganze Modell (z. B. mit Plattenwachs)
ausblocken und Stopps ausschneiden.

• Bei sehr trockenem Gips das Modell kurz
wässern oder eine Modellisolierung oder

Alginat-Isolierung verwenden.

Anwendung

• Die Basisplatte aus der Dose entnehmen
und die Dose wieder verschließen.

• Die Basisplatte auf dem ausgeblockten
Gipsmodell adaptieren und z. B. mit einem
Skalpell in die gewünschte Form schneiden.

• Aus den Resten der Basisplatte einen Griff
formen und an den Löffel ansetzen.

•

Den Löffel mit dem Modell in ein Lichtgerät

geben und ohne Vakuum aushärten.

• Den Löffel vom Modell nehmen und von
der Unterseite nochmals polymerisieren.

• Bei Polymerisation ohne Vakuum zur
Entfernung der Schmierschicht Alkohol
verwenden.

Zeiten

Verarbeiten bei Tageslicht 20 Minuten

Polymerisation in UV- oder Halogen­Lichtgeräten, je nach Gerät:

1. Oberseite mit Modell 3-5 Minuten

2. Unterseite ohne Modell 3-5 Minuten

Ausarbeitung

•

Wegen der Staubentwicklung beim

Beschleifen eine Absaugung verwenden!

• Den individuellen Löffel mit Hartmetallfräsen
ausarbeiten und mit Schmirgelpapier
glätten.

Vorsicht

Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Augen- und
Hautkontakt mit dem unausgehärteten
Material, also auch mit der inhibierten
Schicht.
Das Produkt wurde für den Einsatz im
Dentalbereich entwickelt und muss gemäß
Gebrauchsinformation verwendet werden.
Für Schäden, die sich aus anderweitiger
Verwendung ergeben, übernimmt der
Hersteller keine Haftung. Darüber hinaus ist
der Verwender verpflichtet, das Material
eigenverantwortlich vor dessen Einsatz auf
Eignung und Verwendungsmöglichkeit für die
vorgesehenen Zwecke zu prüfen, zumal wenn
diese nicht in der Gebrauchsinformation
aufgeführt sind.

Hygiene

Abformungen mit individuellen Plaque Photo
Löffeln in eine desinfizierende Lösung auf
Glutaraldehydbasis legen. Die Dauer richtet
sich nach den jeweiligen Angaben des
Herstellers.

Unverträglichkeiten

Bei empfindlichen Personen lässt sich eine
Sensibilisierung durch Plaque Photo nicht
ausschließen. Plaque Photo enthält Acrylate.
Sollten entsprechende Reaktionen auftreten,
ist der Gebrauch einzustellen.

Plaque Photo

Plaque Photo is a light curing tray material in
form of prefabricated, upper baseplates to
make rigid, custom impression trays and
bite-blocks, as well as for other indications
(refer to “Indications”).
Plaque Photo can be cured in all ultraviolet
and Halogen light curing units.
The baseplates are supplied in a re-usable
light-proof box which can be used for
transporting or storing models etc.

Preparation

•

Mark the outline of the future tray on the

model.

• Block out the undercuts on the model.

To create a spacer for the impression

•
material, block out the entire model (e.g.
with a sheet of wax) and cut stops out.

•

If the plaster is very dry, soak the model

briefly with water or apply dye isolation or
an alginate isolation.

Application

• Remove the baseplate from the box and
close it.

• Once the model has been blocked out,
adapt the baseplate to it and cut to shape
using, e.g. a scalpel.

• Use the remaining material to form a handle
and attach it to the tray.

• Place the model and tray in a light curing
unit and cure without vacuum.

•

Remove the tray from the model and

polymerize its underside.

• If the tray has been cured in air, use alcohol
to remove the smear layer.

Times

Working at daylight 20 minutes

Polymerisation in an ultraviolet or Halogen
light curing unit, depending on the unit in use:

1. The top of the tray, on the model
3-5 minutes

2. The underside of the tray, off the model

3-5 minutes

Trimming

•

Always use a dust extractor when trimming

the tray!

• Trim the custom tray with tungsten carbide
burs and smooth it with sandpaper. Pumice
slurry can be used for polishing.

Caution

Avoid any contact between the eyes and
skin and the uncured material, i.e. also with
the inhibited layer.
The product has been developed for use in
dental sector and must be used in
accordance with the usage directions. The
manufacturer excepts no liability for damage
that results from use other than the above.
Furthermore the user is obliged under his own
responsibility to examine the material for its
suitability and its usage possibilities for the
intended applications, especially if the latter
are not detailed in the usage directions.

Hygiene

Immerse impressions taken with Plaque Photo
customs trays in a disinfectant solution based
on glutar aldehyde (the time depends on the
disinfectant manufacturer´s directions.

Incompatibility

Plaque Photo may cause sensitization in
sensitive persons. Against the containings of
Plaque Photo (Plaque Photo contains
acrylates). If such reactions are experienced,
discontinue the use of Plaque Photo.

Description du produit

Plaque Photo est un matériau
photopolymérisant pour porte-empreintes.
présenté sous forme de plaques base
supérieures préfabriquées, destiné à la
fabrication des modèles d´occlusions et des
porte-empreintes individuels qui résistent à la
torsion, ainsi qu´à d`autres fins (voir domaines
d`application).
La polymérisation de Plaque Photo peut être
effectuée dans tous les appareils à lumière
U.V. ou halogène.
Les plaques base sont livrées dans une boîte
réutilisable qui protège le matériau de la
lumière et qui fait office d´emballage pour le
transport ou le stockage des modèles, etc…

Préparation

•

Dessiner les contours du futur porte-

empreinte sur le modèle.

• Faire adhérer les parties inférieures sur le
modèle.

• Fixer l`ensemble du modèle (grâce à de la
cire à plaques par exemple) afin qu`il
maintienne en place le matériau pour
empreintes, et découper les bords.

• Si le plâtre est très sec, arroser légèrement le
modèle ou utiliser soit l´ISOLANT POUR
MODELE soit un isolant à base d´alginate.

Application

• Retirer la plaque base de la boîte et
refermer cette dernière.

• Adapter la plaque base sur le modèle de
plâtre fixé et, par exemple, découper la
forme voulue à l´aide d´ un scalpel.

• Former une poignée en utilisant les restes de
la plaque base et la mettre en place sur le
porte-empreinte.

•

Disposer le porte-empreinte et son modèle

dans un appareil à lumière et polymériser
sans vide d´air.

• Retirer le porte-empreinte du modèle et
polymériser une nouvelle fois sur la face
inférieure.

• En ce qui concerne la polymérisation sans
vide d´air, utiliser de l´ alcool pour retirer
cette couche de lubrification.

Temps de travail

Travail à la lumière du jour 20 minutes

Polymérisation dans les appareils à lumière
U.V. ou halogène, en fonction de l´appareil:

1. Face supérieure avec modèle

3 à 5 minutes

2. Face inférieure sans modèle
3 à 5 minutes

Finition

• En raison de la formation de poussière lors
du ponçage, utiliser un système
d´aspiration.

Réaliser la finition du porte-empreinte

•
individuel à l´aide d´une fraisseuse à
métaux durs, et polir avec du papier émeri.
Le polissage peut être effectué grâce à
une poudre à poncer en suspension.

Attention

Évitez tout contact avec les yeux ou la peau
lorsque le matériau n'a pas encore durci,
donc aussi avec la couche inhibée.
Le produit a été développé pour un usage
dans le domaine dentaire et doit être utilisé
conformément aux informations d'utilisation.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour
des dommages résultant d'une utilisation
autre que celle prescrite. Par ailleurs,
l'utilisateur est tenu de vérifier l'adéquation et
la possibilité d'utilisation du matériau de sa
propre initiative avant son utilisation, dans la
mesure où celles-ci ne seraient pas éumérées
dans les informations d'utilisation.

Hygiène

Immerger les empreintes ainsi que les
porte-empreintes individuels Plaque Photo
dans une solution désinfectante à base de
glutéraldéhyde. La durée d´immersion varie
selon les indications données par le fabricant.

Imcompatibilitiés

Une certaine sensibilisation ne peut pas être
exclue pour des personnes sensibles.
Concernant des personnes sensibles il peut se
développer une sensibilisation parce que la
résine photopolymérisable contient de
l’acrylate. Si des réactions de cet ordre
apparaissent, renoncer à l´emploi de Plaque
Photo.

Plaque Photo

Descripción del produco

Plaque Photo es un material para cubetas
fotopolimerizable, presentado en forma de
planchas base procortadas para maxilares,
para la confección de cubetas de impresión
individuales y resistentes a la torsión así como
plantillas de mordida y otras indicaciones (ver
apartado “Indicationes”). Plaque Photo puede
polimerizarse en todos los aparatos de luz UV y
halógena. Las planchas base se entregan en
un recipiente reutilizable, protegido contra la
luz, que puede utilizarse como contenedor de
transporte o para almacenar modelos etc.

Indicaciones

• Cubetas individuales

• Plantillas de mordida

• Bases para el montaje de prótesis

• Llaves para el registro de arco gótico

• Mordidas de control para pruebas de
estructuras

• Inmovilización de piezas secundarias de
coronas cónicas o de coronas telescópicas

Preparación

• Marcar los contornos de la futura cubeta
sobre el modelo.

•

Paralelizar los sectores socavados sobre el

model

• Recubrir todo el modelo (p. ej. con plancia
de cera) a modo de espaciador para el
material de impresión.

• En caso de encontrarse muy seca la
escayola, sumergir brevemente el modelo en
agua o utilizar el SEPARADOR PARA MODELOS
o separador de alginato.

Aplicación

• Sacar la plancha base de su recipiente y
volver a cerrar éste.

• Adaptar la plancha base sobre el modelo de
escayola paralelizado y recortar la forma
deseada p. ej. con un bisturí.

• Formar un asa con los restos de la plancha
base y unirla a la cubeta.

• Colocar la cubeta junto con el modelo en un
aparato fotopolimerizador y polimerizar sin
vacío.

•

Levantar la cubeta del modelo y volver a

polimerizar su cara inferior.

• Si la polimerización se realizó sin vacío, utilizar
alcohol para eliminar la capa viscosa.

Tiempos

Manipulación con luz diurna 20 minutos

Polimerización en aparatos de luz UV o
halógena, según tipo de aparato:

1. Superficie superior con modelo 3-5 minutos

2. Superficie inferior sin modelo 3-5 minutos

Repasado

• İ Debido al polvo generado, utilizar un equipo
de aspiración durante los trabajos de
repasado !

Repasar la cubeta individual con fresas de

carburo de tungsteno y alisarla con papel de
lija. Para el pulido puede utilizarse una mezcla
de piedra pómez molida con agua.

Precaución

Evite todo contacto con los ojos y la piel con el
material no curado, así como con la capa de
inhibición.
El producto ha sido desarrollado para su uso en
odontología y debe utilizarse de acuerdo con
las instrucciones de uso. El fabricante no asume
ninguna responsabilidad por los daños
producidos por un mal uso del producto.
Además, el usuario debe examinar, bajo su
propia responsabilidad y antes de su utilización,
la adecuación y utilidad del material para los
fines previstos, especialmente si no figuran en
las instrucciones de uso.

Higiene

Sumergir las impresiones con cubetas
individuales Paque Photo en una solución
desinfectante a base de aldehido glutárico. La
duración la determinan las correspondientes
instrucciones del fabbricante.

Incompatibilidades

En personas susceptibles puede causarse una
sensibilización a los componentes de Plaque
Photo - Plaque Photo contiene acrylatos - . Si se
presenta alguna reacción con estas, suspender
el uso. De constatarse reacciones de esta
índole, no deberá seguir usándose Plaque
Photo.

Descrizione del prodotto

Plaque Photo è un materiale
fotopolimerizzabile, disponibile in placche
preformate per arcate superiori, per la
realizzazione di portaimpronta individuali e
placche occlusali resistenti alla torsione.
Ulteriori indicazioni vedi “Campi d´impiego”.
Plaque Photo può essere fotopolimerizzato in
tutti gli apparecchi a luce UV oppure
alogena.
Le placche preformate sono fornite in una
scatola impervia alla luce, riutilizzabile come
container per trasporto o conservazione dei
modelli, manufatti ecc.

Campi d´impiego

• Portaimpronta individuali

• Placche occlusali

• Base per il montaggio dei denti per protesi

• Base per la registrazione dell´arco gotico

• Masticone per prova metalli

• Bloccaggio di corone secondarie a cono o
telescopiche

Preparazione

• Segnare sul modello i contorni del
portaimpronta individuale da realizzare.

• Scaricare le zone in sottosquadro.

• Scaricare tutto il modello, usando p.e. dei
fogli di cera, come spaziatore per il
materiale da impronta; eliminare la cera nei
punti di stop.

•

Se si utilizza gesso particolarmente asciutto,

si consiglia di bagnare leggermente il
modello o di applicare ISOLANTE PER
MODELLI oppure isolante per alginati.

Applicazione

• Prelevare la placcha preformata dalla

confezione e richiudere quest´ultima.

• Adattare la placcha sul modello già

scaricato. Ritagliare il bordo ad es. con un
bisturi seguendo la linea precedentemente
segnata.

• Con il materiale in eccesso modellare il

manico ed applicarlo al portaimpronte
individuale.

• Introdurre il portaimpronte adattato sul

modello maestro nell´apparecchio
fotopolimerizzatore. Polimerizzare senza
vuoto.

•

Rimuovere il portaimpronta dal modello e

polimerizzarlo anche dalla parte inferiore.

• Se la polimerizzazione avviene senza vuoto,

usare alcool per eliminare lo strato
gelatinoso.

Tempi

Lavorazione con luce diurna 20 minuti

Polimerizzazione nell`apparecchio a luce UV
o luce alogena, a seconda del tipo
dell´apparecchio:

1. Parte superiore del portaimpronte sul

modello 3-5 minuti

Rifinitura

• Eliminare lo sviluppo di polveri durante la

rifinitura tramite l´impianto d´aspirazione!

• Rifinire il portaimpronte individuale con frese

al tungsteno. Levigare con carta abrasiva.
La lucidatura può essere effettuata con
polvere di pomice ed acqua.

Avvertenze

Evitare qualsiasi contatto del materiale non
indurito con occhi e pelle, evitare il contatto
anche con lo strato inibito.
Il prodotto è stato sviluppato per l’impiego in
ambito dentale e deve essere utilizzato nel
rispetto delle indicazioni per l’uso. Il
fabbricante declina qualsiasi responsabilità
per danni derivanti da un uso improprio del
prodotto. Ne consegue che il consumatore è
tenuto a verificare sotto la propria
responsabilità prima dell’uso che il materiale
sia idoneo e possa essere utilizzato per gli
scopi previsti, soprattutto se tali scopi non
compaiono nella lista delle indicazioni per
l’uso.

Igiene

Immergere le impronte eseguite con il
portaimpronte individuale Plaque Photo in
una soluzione disinfettante a base di aldeide
glutarica. Per il tempo di immersione seguire
le istruzioni del produttore.

Avvertenza

Le placche Photo possono causare
sensibilizzazione in soggetti predisposti o
sensibili ai componenti del prodotto (le
placche photo contengono acrilati). Pertanto
in caso di una reazione allergica, cessare
l´uso di Plaque Photo.

Plaque Photo, pembe renkte, ışığı güçlendiren

bir kaşık malzemesidir.Önceden hazırlanmış
OK temel plakalar şeklindedir ve güçlü kalıp
kaşıklarının, ters şablonların ve diğer

indikatörlerin üretilmesi için kullanılır
(uygulama alanlarına bakın).
Plaque Photo tüm UV ve halojen aydınlatma
cihazlarında sertleşebilir. Temel plakalar tekrar
kullanılabilen ve ışıktan koruyan kutular içinde

teslim edilir, bu kutular ürünlerin nakliyesi ve

depolanması için de kullanılabilir.

Hazırlık

• Kaşığın konturlarını model üzerine çizin.

• Alt alta geçen kısımları model üzerinde
ayırın.

• Kalıp kütlesinin yeri için tüm modeli (örn.
mumla) çıkarın ve stop noktalarını kesin.

• Çok kurumuş alçı olması durumunda
modele su sürün veya izolasyon patı kullanın.

Uygulama

• Kutudan temel plakayı çıkarın ve kutuyu
tekrar kapatın.

• Bloktan ayrılmış alçı modeline temel
plakayı uyarlayın ve bir bir neşter yardımıyla

istenilen şekilde kesin.

• Ana plakanın artıklarından bir sap

şekillendirin ve kaşıkla birleştirin.

• Kaşık ve modeli bir ışınlı basplak cihazına
koyun ve sertleştirin.

• Kaşığı modelden çıkarın ve alt tarafından
tekrar polimerize edin.

• Vakumsuz polimerizasyon yaparken kirli z

katmanı çıkarmak için alkol kullanın.

Süreler

Gün ışığında işlem 20 dakika
UV veya halojen aydınlatma cihazlarında

polimerizasyon (cihaza göre):

1. Modelle birlikte üst taraf 3-5 dakika

2. Modelsiz alt taraf 3-5 dakika

İşlem

• Zımpara yaparken oluşan tozdan
korunmak için aspiratör kullanın.

• Yapılan kaşığı sert metal frezelerle işleyin ve
zımpara kağıdıyla düzleştirin.

Dikkat Edilecek Hususlar

Henüz kurumamış olan malzemeyle (buna
inhibe edilen katman da dahil) her türlü göz
ve cilt temasından kaçının. Hassas kişilerde
ürüne karşı duyarlılık olabilir. Bu durumda

ürünü kullanmamanızı öneriyoruz.

Ürün açıklaması

Bu ürün dişçilik alanında kullanılmak için
geliştirilmiştir ve kullanıcı bilgilerine göre

kullanılmalıdır. Aykırı kullanımı sonucu

meydana gelen hasarlar için üretici herhangi

bir sorumluluk üstlenmemektedir. Kullanıcı
ayrıca malzemeyi öngörülen amaçlara uygun
olup olmadığını ve ürünün bu işlem için
uygulanabilir olup olmadığını, kullanım
kılavuzunda belirtilmiş olmasa da kontrol
etmek zorundadır.

Hijyen

Kalıpları ve Plaque Photo kaşıklarını
gluteraldehit bazlı dezenfekte bir çözelti

içinde tutun. Süre, üreticinin bilgilerine göre
değişir.

Uyumsuzluk

Hassas kişilerde Plaque Photo ürününe karşı
duyarlılık olabilir. Plaque Photo alerjiye duyarlı

insanlarda hassasiyet oluşturabilir (Plak foto
akrilat ihtiva eder). İlgili tepkiler meydana

gelirse, ürün kullanılmamalıdır.

Depolama

Plaque Photo ürününü 22°C’nin üzerinde

depolamayın. Işıktan koruyun. 22°C

Son kullanma tarihi

Описание продукта

Plaque Photo - светоотвержаемый
материал в виде готовых верхних базисов,
предназначенный как для изготовления
жестких индивидуальных ложек, так и для
других целей (см. раздел "Показания к
применению").
Plaque Photo может полимеризироваться
любыми ультрафиолетовыми и
галогеновыми источниками света. Базисы
поставляются в светонепроницаемой
упаковке многоразового применения,
которая может использоваться для
транспортирования или хранения моделей.

Показания к применению:

• индивидуальные оттискные ложки

• шаблон для прикуса

• базис для установки зубных протезов

Подготовка

• отметьте контур будущей ложки на

модели

• заблокируйте подрезы на модели

• чтобы создать прокладку для оттискного

материала , блокируйте модель целиком
(например, листом воска ) и вырежете.

•

если материал очень сухой, смочите

модель на короткое время водой, либо
используйте изоляцию краской, либо
альгинатную изоляцию.

Применение

• извлеките базис из коробки и закройте

• после блокирование модели,

адаптируйте к ней базис и вырежете по
контуру, используя, к примеру, скальпель.

• из лишнего материала сформируйте

ручку и прикрепите к модели

• полимеризуйте модель и ложку световым

прибором без вакуума.

• снимите ложку с модели и

полимеризуйте нижнюю сторону.

• если ложка полимеризовалась на

воздухе, используйте спирт для удаления
вяз кого слоя.

Время работы

Работайте при дневном свете 20 минут
Полимеризация ультрафиолетовым или
галогеновым источником света, в
зависимости от предмета использования:

1. Верх ложки, на модели : 3 - 5 минут

2. Низ ложки, без модели: 3 - 5 минут

Обработка

• всегда используйте пылеудаляющее

устройство при обрезке ложки

• обрабатывайте индивидуальную ложку

карбидо-вольфрамовыми фрезами и
наждачной бумагой для тонкой
обработки. Для полировки может быть
использована пемза.

Избегайте любого контакта кожи и глаз с
неполимеризованным материалом.
Материал был разработан для
использования в Германии и должен
использоваться в соответствии с
указаниями по применению.
Производитель не несет ответственности за
ущерб, возникший в результате
несоблюдения данных инструкций. Кроме
того, пользователь обязан под личную
ответственность изучить материал и принять
решение о его степени пригодности и
возможности использования в каждом
случае, особенно если это не оговорено в
инструкции по применению.

Гигиена

Поместите слепки, полученные с
помощью Plaque Photo, в
дезинфицирующий раствор на основе
глутаральдегида (на указанное в
инструкции производителя раствора
время).

Несовместимость

Plaque Photo может вызывать повышенную
чувствительность у пациентов с
предрасположенностью к ней. Содержит
акрилаты. Прекратите использование
Plaque Photo при появлении
вышеописанных явлений.

Хранение

Храните Plaque Photo при температуре не
выше 22°С. Защищайте от света.

Срок годности

Не используйте после окончания срока
годности.
