ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR GIBSON CANOPY BED
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read all instructions carefully before assembling.
For your safety, assembly by two or more adults is strongly recommended.
Keep instructions for future use.
Use only vendor supplied hardware to assemble. Using unauthorized hardware could jeopardize the
stuctural integrity of the item.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Insert the exposed hook on the HB Rail (B) into the corresponding groove on the HB Post-Right
(H), push down to tighten as shown (Fig.1b). Insert Dowel (M) into the pre-drilled holes on Right
side of Panel HB (A). Insert the dowel on the Panel-HB (A) to the corresponding holes on the HB
Post-Right as shown (Fig.1a). Secure with Allen Bolt M6x90 (N), Spring Washer (Q), Flat Washer
(P) then tighten with Allen Key (S) as shown (Fig.1c).
Repeat this step to the HB Post-Left (G).

2. Insert the exposed hooks on the Footboard (C) to the corresponding groove on the FB Post (I),
push down to tighten as shown (Fig.2).
3. Insert the exposed hooks on the Side rail (D) into the corresponding groove on the HB Post and
FB Post, push down to tighten as shown (Fig.3).

4. Align pre-drilled hole on Canopy-Short (E) and Canopy-Long (F) with the corresponding hole on
HB and FB Post, secure with Allen Bolt (O), Spring Washer (Q) and Flat Washer (P) and tighten
using Allen Key (S) as shown (Fig.4).
5. Attach Center Leg (L) to the Center Beam (J) by turning the Center Leg clockwise as shown
(Fig.5b). Align the pre-attached metal bracket on Center Beam (J) to the corresponding metal
bracket on the HB Rail (B) and FB (C), push down to tighten as shown (Fig.5a).

6. Lay the end of Slats (K) to the notch on the cleat mattress support cleat. Secure with Screws (R).
Tighten using Screw Driver (not included) as shown (Fig.6)
7. Assembly is complete.
If the floor is uneven, adjust the recessed levelers found on the bottom of Center Leg.
Turn Leveler Counter Clockwise to
increase height
Turn Leveler Clockwise to decrease
height
Carefully grasp one side of the furniture and elevate it slightly to provide access to levelers.
Turn the leveler until adequate contact is made with the floor.
Carefully set the furniture down.
Repeat until the furniture sits level and stable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Dust often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth.
Blot spills immediately and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth.
To protect the furniture from spills, always use coasters.
We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish on teak.
Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check to make sure all connections are tight.
Re-tighten if necessary.
