Replacement Timer
Remove old timer by disconnecting the motor lead
wires from the motor terminals and the power supply
wires (typically red and black in color) from the battery
terminals.
Now proceed to “New Timer” installation instructions
New Timer
Connect Motor Wires:
Plug the 4-place connector into the Motor Assembly
receptacle. Plug the blue/white and white wires onto
the motor. The motor has an adapter wire pre-installed
to assure the correct connect. The red and black wires
will connect to the battery. Only use a 12 Volt operation
battery

Programming
New Timer
Connect to Battery:
1.The PD1 timer is designed to be ran by a 6 or 12 volt
battery. We recommend a rechargeable type 6 or 12
volt battery.
2.Start by installing the Red wire from the timer unit to
the Positive (+) battery terminal.
3.Next, install the Black wire from the timer unit to the
Negative (-) battery terminal.
4.Once the battery is hooked up correctly, the voltage
verification icon will appear on the LCD.
Setting Time:
1.Press the ▲ button, or Program button from
“READY” mode to enter the “CLOCK” mode. Press the
Program button again to enter the clock settings. Use
the + or - buttons to set the desired hour, then press
the Program button and use the + or - buttons to adjust
minutes. After the time is set, wait for 10 seconds for
the unit to go back to “READY” mode automatically.
