Die WI-PRECISION® Maschinen haben auf der festen
und der beweglichen Seite eine Doppelspanneinrichtung
mit Schnellspannung. Diese werden auf 2 Wellen geführt.
Zum Anschluss an das Hydrauliksteuergerät benden sich
an den Maschinen 2 exible Schläuche mit Schnellkupp-
lungen. Die Doppelspanneinrichtungen sind mit dem
Stahlrohr-Untergestell verschraubt. Das äußere feststehende
Spannelement kann durch Entfernen von 3 Schrauben
leicht abgebaut werden, um an schwer zugänglichen
Stellen, z. B. im Schacht oder an der T-Stück-Abgangsseite,
schweißen zu können. Durch Herausnehmen aus dem
Untergestell kann die dann verbleibende Einheit als DreiRing-Reparatur-Maschine eingesetzt werden.
Mit den WI-FORCE® Hydraulikeinheiten werden die
rechten Doppelspanneinrichtungen bewegt und die Füge-
kraft exakt gesteuert. Sie haben eine Nachdrückeinrichtung
zum Unterstützen der Fügekraft während der Abkühlzeit
und 2 Schnellkupplungen sowie ein digitales Manometer
zur exakten Anzeige des Drucks.
Die WI-CUTTING® Planhobel werden in die Führungswellen eingehängt, haben einen Kettenantrieb im geschlossenen Aluminiumgehäuse, einen Mikrosicherheitsschalter,
eine Arretierung für den sicheren Planhobelbetrieb und eine
automatische Spanabfuhr nach außen. Die verwendeten
Planhobelmesser sind beidseitig geschliffen und können
somit mehrfach verwendet werden.
Die WI-HEAT® Heizelemente werden in die Führungswellen eingehängt, sind antihaft-beschichtet, haben eine
elek
tronische Temperaturregelung mit digitaler Anzeige,
eine
Kontrolllampe, einen Ein-/Ausschalter und ein An-
schluss
kabel mit Schukostecker. Zum wärmegeschützten
Abstellen der Heizelemente und zum Einhängen der
Planhobel
stehen Einstellkästen zur Verfügung.

The WI-PRECISION
machines have a double clam-
ping device with quick clamping on the xed and on the
movable side. These are guided on 2 shafts. There are 2
exible hoses with quick-action couplings for the connec-
tion to the hydraulic control unit. The double clamping devices are screwed to the steel pipe frame.
The outer xed
clamping device can be dismounted easily by removing
3 screws in order to weld at difcult accessible places,
e.g. in trenches or at branches of T-pieces. The remaining
unit of three rings can be removed from the base frame
and used for repair work.

With the WI-FORCE
hydraulic units the right-hand clamping devices are moved and the welding force is precisely
controlled. They have a pressure backup to support the
welding force during cooling down and 2 quick-action
couplings as well as a digital pressure gauge for the exact
indication of the pressure.

The WI-CUTTING
planers are suspended from the
guide shafts, have a chain drive in a closed aluminum
housing, a micro safety switch, a lock for the safe opera-
tion of the planer and an automatic external chip removal.
The blades used are sharpened on both sides and can be
used multiple times.

The WI-HEAT
heating elements are suspended from
the guide shafts, are anti-stick coated, have an electronic
temperature control with digital display, a control lamp, an
on/off-switch and a connecting cable with shock-proof
plug. For the heat-protected storage of the heating el-
ements and the planers, heat-protected boxes
are avail-
able.
Zum Spannen der kleineren Dimensionen sind durchmesserabhängige Spanneinsätze lieferbar. Zusätzlich sind breite und superbreite Spanneinsätze, bzw. ein
Kombinationssatz aus schmalen, breiten und superbreiten
Spanneinsätzen (je nach Modell) verfügbar.
Die WIDOS Schweißmaschinen sind problemlos mit den
WIDOS SPA-Schweißprotokoll-Aufzeichnungsgeräten nach-
rüstbar und auch in CNC-gesteuerter Ausführung lieferbar.
Die WIDOS Maschinen werden mit Spannungen von 230 V
betrieben. Andere Spannungen und automatisch ausfahrende Heizelemente auf Anfrage.

Smaller pipe dimensions can be clamped by means of

reducer inserts depending on the pipe dia-
meter. In addition large and extra large reducer inserts
or a combination of small, large and extra large inserts
(depending on model) can be delivered.
The WIDOS welding machines can be easily equipped
subsequently with the WIDOS SPA weld log recorders and
can also be supplied in CNC-controlled version.
The WIDOS machines are operated at voltages of 230 V.
Other voltages and heating elements moving out automatically on request.
