OVERVIEW RECEIVING A CALL

ART. 6256
6200 Series Videophone incorporating a 3.5” Hi-Res full colour active matrix LCD monitor specic for “6 wire" videokits (CVK4K, CVR4KV and CVK8K range).
It includes 4 buttons: "camera recall", "door open", "service" and "privacy".
2 LEDs indicate the privacy is activated and door open.
Programmable privacy duration time and number of rings.
Intercommunicating call and door call.
Adjustments: call tone volume switch (3 levels), picture hue, contrast and brightness.

During an incoming
call, with t he privac y enabled, the videophone will not
ring and no p icture
will be displayed.
To set up the func tion of the ser vice button, pl ease
contact V idex Technical.
Press the pr ivacy button to enable th e privacy
functi on. The LED behin d the privacy sy mbol
will
illuminat e to indicate that the p rivacy is enabl ed.
The priv acy functio n will automatical ly switch OFF
after th e programmed tim e expires or by pres sing the
privacy button
again.
When the conversation
time (set up during the
installation) has ended,
the videophone stops
all communi cation and
the syste m returns to the
standby condition.
Push the ser vice button to activa te the secondar y
service (if this was set up du ring the installati on).
Move the sw itch, under the cal l tone symbol to adjust th e call tone volume le vel. Move to the lef t for a
low call ton e level, to the centre f or a medium call ton e
level and to t he right for a high cal l tone level.
Turn the roller u nder the brightn ess control symb ol
to adjust th e brightness of the p icture. Any
adjustm ent to the left wil l reduce the bright ness and
any adjustm ent to the right will i ncrease the brigh tness.
During 'C amera Recall' it i s possible:
To start a conver sation;
To push the lock b utton
to open the d oor;
To push the ser vice button
to activa te the
secondary service.
Hang up the h andset to end the conve rsation.
Pick up the han dset and then push t he camera recal l
button
as many times a s the ID value of the do or
panel (e.g. if recalling t he picture fro m door ID 2, press this
button t wice, for door ID 3 pre ss this button 3 time s etc.).
The vide ophone display w ill show the pictu re from the
camera on t he relevant outd oor station rec alled.
