Installation Instructions
Warnings and Safety Information—Please read carefully!
Risk of fire and/or electric shock. This product is to be installed by a qualified electrician only. Installation
requires knowledge of LED lighting luminaire electrical systems. Do not attempt if unqualified.
Do not expose wiring to sheet metal edges or other sharp objects to prevent damage.
Fixture is suitable for damp locations.
Install in accordance with all national and local electrical codes. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the
improper installation or application of this fixture.
Contact the manufacturer for any questions or concerns regarding installation of this fixture.
Warning: This product is sensitive to Electrical Static Discharge (ESD). Care should be taken to avoid
direct contact with the LEDs. Installers should be grounded using a wrist strap or other suitable method
of grounding. Failure to ground the installer may cause pre-mature failures and void the fixture warranty.

1. Reciprocating saw, capable of sawing through the material of the gas canopy onto which this luminaire is being installed.
2. Electric drill/driver, of sufficient power/speed to drill 5/16” holes through the material of the gas
canopy.
3. 5/16” twist drill, suitable for drilling through the material of the gas canopy
4. 7/32” twist drill, suitable for drilling through the material of the gas canopy
5. #2 Phillips-drive bit for the electric drill/driver
6. 5/16” nutdriver bit for the electric drill/driver
7. Wrenches suitable for the attachment of conduit / junction box components
8. Center punch
9. Phillips screwdriver
10. Permanent marker
11. Metal file

1. Center the cutting/drilling template over the intended location of the luminaire installation. Use a per-
manent marker to mark the locations of the rectangular hole and the 6 drilled holes.
2. Using a reciprocating saw, cut out the rectangular hole. For safety, file the cut edges to remove sharp
burrs.
3. Drill the 5/16” and 7/32” holes at the indicated locations:
4. Insert the Mounting frame into the rectangular hole, oriented with its long tabs facing upwards:

5. Secure the Mounting Frame to the gas canopy using the two 10-32 thread-forming screws.

6. As shown in the following sequence, hang the Luminaire Assembly from the tabs on the Mounting
Frame, using the attached lanyard.

7. Locate the appropriate electric service line, and bring it down through the opening in the gas canopy.
Open the Junction Box.
8. Lead the electric service line into the junction box, and attach all appropriate conduit fittings:
9. Lead the electric service line into the junction box, attach all conduit/box fittings, and connect the
electric service line to the appropriate leads in the junction box.
10. Close and secure the junction box
11. Lift the luminaire assembly up into the gas canopy, tucking the lanyard into the gas canopy’s interior
space.
Secure the luminaire assembly to the Mounting Frame using the four 10-32 machine screws (with captive
tooth lock washers)
