When changing the Capacitor, please check the value on the side of the original to establish whether it is
8µf or 12µf before ordering the appropriate replacement
Please note, earlier 847 dryers were fitted with the CRO3 Motor & 12µf Capacitor. The CO40 assembly
above is now fitted as standard and can replace the entire CRO3 assembly without any problems. Please
see Exploded View 3 for a visual aid

Mk 3 PCB* - This is the PCB used for machines built before 04/02/04.
These were also built with the serial No 040612812 or lower.
When you now order a MK 3 PCB, you will be sent a conversion kit, comprising
of - power board, kit wires and assembly guide.
Mk 4 PCB ** - This is used for machines with the newer PCB built after 04/02/04.
To identify them the product code, on the rating label will end with /05 - for example
0312 847 15310/05 .These were also built with the serial No 12

Item 417 The brush holder Support RH.This should be fitted to the
right hand side of the machine.This is used with Mk4 PCB**
