The Whirlwind AES Splitter 1x2 is a passive
unit that delivers two identical AES/EBU
signals from a single stream. The design
utilizes a dual secondary transformer on
th e inpu t an d a sepa ra te iso la tion
transformer for each output. With the
three-transformer circuit, the Whirlwind
AES-SP1X2 mainta ins excelle nt da ta
integrity and high amounts of isolation
between outputs.

The AES-SP1X2 is also available as a
four channel rack mount unit, model
number AES-MLTSP1X2. This 1RU
enclosure contains four of the single
1X2 AES circuits. All connections are
on the rear of the unit.
This product is warranted to be free of
defects in materials or workmanship
to the original purchaser for a period
of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Should warranty service be required,
return the unit postage paid along
with the original sales receipt to:

Whirlwind will, at its option, repair or
replace the unit. This warranty does
not cover damage resulting from
abuse, unauthorized modifications or
