Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions, in compliance with IEC/EN 60456. In the home, they may vary
depending on the individual water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash. The consumption data indicated
are based on an inlet water temperature of approx. 15°C through the cold fill valve as well as the hot fill valve (if available). If your
washing machine has a hot fill valve, connection of this valve to hot water supply will lower the energy consumption by reduced
heating times, depending on the individual hot fill inlet water temperature.
Water and energy consumptions refer to the default setting of the programmes, with temperature and load as indicated in the table;
selecting any options or changing the spin speed will also change the consumption data.
The programme duration may differ from the values indicated above as it depends on the operation conditions applicable at
that time (see also “Troubleshooting Guide” in your Instructions for Use).
* Reference programmes for Energy Label. For reasons of energy saving, the real water temperature may deviate from the
declared cycle temperature.
** To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle before the water is drained.
*** Automatic adaptation of programme duration after detection of wash load.
**** Cool down water and prewash water.
Power consumption in off-mode: 0.11 W
Power consumption in left-on mode: 2.32 W

lights up.
If the combination programme/option or option/option
is not possible, the indicator switches off automatically.
“Spin speed reduction” button
• Reduces the predetermined automatic maximum
spin speed to treat your laundry more gently.
“Rinse hold” button
• The laundry remains in the last rinse water without
progressing to the final spin cycle to avoid creasing
and prevent colours from changing.
• Particularly useful if you want to postpone spinning
to a later time, or if you want to drain only.
• The programme stops to “Rinse hold” at the time the
“Rinse hold” indicator in the programme flow bar is
on. The “Start/Pause” indicator blinks.
Terminate the “Rinse hold” option :
• Press the “Start/Pause” button ; the programme
will terminate automatically with the final spin cycle
for the present wash programme.
• If you do not wish to spin the clothes, turn the
programme selector to the “Drain” programme and
press the “Start/Pause” button to start draining.
PROGRAMME START
Open the water tap and press the “Start/Pause” button
. The “Start/Pause” indicator lights up. The
programme flow bar shows the current programme phase,
running from left to right through Wash, Rinse, Spin/Drain.
“DOOR OPEN” INDICATOR
Before starting and after end of a programme, the
indicator lights to show that the door can be opened. As
long as a wash programme is running, the door remains
locked and must on no account be forced open. In case
you have an urgent need to open it during a running
programme, refer to “Reset a running programme
before the end”.
FAILURE INDICATORS
If one of the failure indicators blinks, consult the
“Troubleshooting Guide” in your Instructions for Use.
“Water tap closed”: no or not sufficient inlet water.
“Service”: failure or malfunction of an electrical
component.
“Clean pump”: waste water is not pumped out.
PROGRAMME END
• The “Door open” indicator lights up.
1. Turn the programme selector to the “Off/O” position.
2. Close the water tap.
3. Open the door and unload the machine.
4. Leave the door ajar to allow the drum to dry.
CHANGE PROGRAMME AND/OR OPTIONS
AFTER PROGRAMME START
1. Press the “Start/Pause” button to pause the
programme. The indicator blinks.
2. Select the new programme and, if you want, any
options.
