In case of Freezer noise complain on the field, procedure as follows:

Step 1
1. Remove internal components.
Step 3
1. Remove the Cover, Front Evaporator
using a screwdriver.
Step 2
1. Remove the Botton Freezer.
Step 4
1. Remove the Cover, Front Evaporator.
Be careful not to break the lower clamp.

1. Identify the cavity number of the fan.
Step 7
1. Verify if there is any contact between the
conector or wiring and the liner.
Step 6
1. In case of the cavity number is 2 or 3,
change the fan blade (# 000.415.183) by
one from the cavity 1 or 4.

1. Protect the return duct
Use protection with handle.
Step 9
1. Remove the screws from the cover rear
Be careful not to let the screws fall in the
ducts of the product, it can block the drain or
damper.
Step 10
1. Release the lamp and subsequently the
cover rear

1. Push the ground wiring.
Step 12
1. Bend the bottom conector.
Step 13
1. Remove the upper conector.
Step 15
1. Fix the wiring with a plastic strap
(# 031.630.100).
Step 14
1. Put the upper conector in the opposite
way.

1. Put the strap as shown above.

1. Put the wiring avoiding contact between
the wiring and the cover, rear evaporator.

1. Put a bit of the adhesive insulation
(# 004.224.353).
Step 19
1. Check if the black shield is not touching
the liner.

1. Put the motor in the center position .
Step 20
1. Assembly the cover rear and verify if there
is no contact between the conectors and the
cabinet liner.
Step 22
1. Store the net on the upright compartiment
in the back cover.

1. Fix the back cover.
Certifiy that the duct protection is well
attached.
Step 25
Replace the internal components, that was removed.

1. Place and attach front cover.
