A. “On/Off” Button
A
During the selected washing programme the programme selector knob moves by steps clockwise
through the phases prewash, main wash, rinse and
spin. Each step takes from some seconds to several
minutes.

Nylon) or blends with cotton.
With this programme you can add starch and/or fabric softener.

The programme ends with an intensive spin cycle.
In this programme spinning is intensive. Same as the spin cycle in the “Cotton” programme.

Prewash cycle increases programme duration approximately 15 min. Consumption values were measured in
normalized conditions in compliance with standard IEC/EN 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with
respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of
wash.

PROGRAMME CHANGE
To reselect a programme when a cycle has already
begun:
1. Switch off the appliance by pressing the
“On/Off” button.
2. Select the new programme.
3. Start the programme by pressing the “On/Off”
button.
END OF WASH CYCLE
1. At the end of the programme the programme
selector moves to the stop position.
2. To unload the machine wait for the door to
unlock (about 1 minute).
3. Switch off the appliance, open the door and
take out the laundry.
4. Close the tap and leave the door ajar to allow
the drum to dry out.
NOTES AND INDICATIONS FOR USE
• WATER LEVEL
To obtain low water consumption without
compromising washing results the water level
within the drum may not be visible.
• CLEANING THE PUMP FILTER
A regular filter check and eventual cleaning is
advisable.
• WASHING CYCLE
During the washing cycle the turning of the
drum is stopped several times for optimization
of energy consumption.
• INCREASED SPINNING EFFICIENCY
During spinning the drum sterts and stops
turning several times: in this way the washing
machine performs spinning with increased
efficiency.
ADD DETERGENTS, CLOSE THE DOOR AND
SELECT THE PROGRAMME
Add the detergents as described in the programme
table or in the chapter “Detergents and Additives” in
the booklet.
1. Open the tap.
2. Set the programme selector to the desired
programme.
3. Special options can be selected.
4. Check that the door is well closed and turn
on the washing machine by pressing the
“On/Off” button. The indicator lights up,
indicating that the washing machine is on.
SELECT ANY DESIRED OPTION
“Half Load” button
• Reduces water consumption, above all during
rinsing.
• Suitable for lightly-soiled laundry and small
loads (max. 3 kg).
“Intensive Wash 95°” button
• This option allows to put the washing
temperature to 95°C instead of 60°C for the
“Cotton” programmes.
• Especially suitable for heavily soiled laundry.
