The cooling fan may continue running even after the oven is switched off. During Pyrolysis the fan runs faster than during cooking functions.

During the pyrolysis function an automatic "door lock" device is
activated, the indicator lights up at “ ” on the programmer display, and the lamp remains off. The oven door becomes hotter during pyrolysis, therefore it is advisable to keep children away.

Important information:
During the self-clean cycle (pyrolysis) make sure to remove all the accessories supplied, to prevent any further increase in the outside temperature of the door and to ensure more efficient cleaning of the bottom part of the oven.
- • To switch on the oven light.
• To cook any food.
• Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and as soon as the thermostat LED switches off, place the food in the oven.
• Ideally, the second or third shelf level should be used.
• To cook on up to two different shelf levels.

• If necessary, switch the positions of the dishes to cook food more evenly.
• It is not necessary to preheat the oven (except for pizzas and focaccias).
• To grill steak, kebabs and sausages, to cook au gratin and to toast bread
• Preheat the oven for 5 min.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip tray to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• Turn the meat during grilling.
• To grill large joints of meat (roast beef and other roast meats).
• The oven door must be kept closed during the cooking cycle.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water into the drip tray (on the bottom shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fatx.
• Turn the meat during grilling.
• Ideal for thawing frozen food at room temperature.
• The food should be placed in the oven in its wrapping to prevent it from drying out.
• Self-cleaning time can be set from a min. of 1h / 30 minutes to a max. of 3 hours.

Retractable knobs
• To use the knob, press it in the middle.
• The knob comes out.
• Turn it to the required position. At the end of cooking, turn the knob to 0 and press in the middle to return it to its original position.
