The cooling fan may continue running even after the oven is switched off. During Pyrolysis the fan runs faster than during cooking functions.

• Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and introduce the food.
• It is advisable to use the second or third shelf.
• For cooking on up to two shelves.
• If necessary, switch the positions of the food to obtain more even cooking.
• The oven does not have to be preheated (except for pizzas and buns).
• For roasting meat and poultry.
• Fit the support on the second shelf and place the food on the spit, using the special forks to hold the food firmly.
• Insert the spit all the way in the slot on the rear oven wall on the right and rest it on the support.
• Pour a little water in the drip pan on the first shelf to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• Remove the plastic handle before closing the door, remembering to refit it before removing the food at the end of the cooking.
• For grilling large cuts of meat (roast beef, roasts).
• Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
• The oven door must remain closed during cooking.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip pan (on the bottom shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• It is advisable to turn the meat during cooking.

80°C / Food-warmer
250°C Pizza
• For thawing food at room temperature.
• Leave the food in the pack to prevent it from becoming dry.
• Self-cleaning time can be set from a min. of 1h / 30 minutes to a max. of 3 hours.
• Food-warmer: for keeping food at a constant temperature of approx. 80°C.
• Pizza: ideal for baking pizzas and bread 250°C.
Important information:
During the self-clean cycle (pyrolysis) make sure to remove all the accessories supplied, to prevent any further increase in the outside temperature of the door and to ensure more efficient cleaning of the bottom part of the oven.

Retractable knobs
• To use the knob, press it in the middle.
• The knob comes out.
• Turn it to the required position. At the end of cooking, turn the knob to 0 and press in the middle to return it to its original position.
