Programmes with pre-wash last about 15 minutes more than programmes without pre-wash. Water and energy
consumption values were measured in standard conditions in compliance with the Standard CEI 60456. Individual
consumption may vary in comparison with the values specified in the table, because of differences in supply water
pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.

ADDING DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES
Pour the detergent and additives into the respective
compartments as follows:
• Programme with pre-wash and main wash
• Main wash programme without pre-wash
• Fabric softeners and starch
• Bleach
• Stain remover agents
• Anti-scale agents (water hardness 4)
Important:
• Do not fill beyond the “
MAX
” level mark.
• For programme with pre-wash: do not use liquid
detergent.
• For programmes without pre-wash from cold to 40° C, it is recommended to use a
liquid detergent to avoid white traces on coloured washing.

“Intensive Wash ”
• This option will allow increasing the wash temperature to 95° C instead of 60° C for the
“Cotton 60° C” programme.
• Especially recommended for soiled washing.
“1/2 Load ”
• Reduces the water consumption in the “Cotton” and “Synthetic” programmes
especially during pre-wash and rinse.
• Recommended for lightly soiled or small washing loads (reduce the quantity of
detergent).
“Rinse Hold ” button
• The unspun washing remains in the last rinse water, thus enabling creasing and
discolouration of the washing to be avoided.
• This option is especially recommended for the “Synthetics 40° C” or “Delicate 40° C”
programmes.
• This option is perfectly suitable if you wish to postpone the spin or you don’t wish to
spin the washing.

To stop the programme
• Again press on the “Rinse Hold” button; the programme will stop automatically with the
spin cycle corresponding to the previously selected wash programme.
• If you don’t wish to spin the clothes, switch off the appliance by pressi ng the “On/Off
” button. Th e w arni ng li gh t go es ou t. Turn t he pro gramme s ele ct or t o th e “Drain”
position and switch on the appliance.
PROGRAMME START
Open the water inlet tap and press the “On/Off ” button. The warning light lights up.
DOOR LOCK
During the programme, the door cannot be opened.
The door locks automatically during all programmes.
If the programme is interrupted or if an electrical power failure occurs, the door unlocks
automatically after about 1 minute.
PROGRAMME END
• The programme selector knob is at “Stop”.
1. Press the “On/Off” button. The warning light goes out.
2. Cancel the options by pushing the corresponding buttons.
3. Close the water inlet tap.
4. Wait for the door to unlock (about 1 minute).
5. Open the washing machine door and the drum doors. Remove the washing.
PROGRAMME CHANGE AFTER THE START OF THE CYCLE
1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance.
The warning light goes out.
2. Select another programme, the spin speed and the options.
3. Press the “On/Off” button to switch on the appliance.
The warning light lights.
INTERRUPTION OF THE PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END OF THE CYCLE
1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance.
The warning light goes out.
2. Position the programme selector on “Drain”.
3. Press the “On/Off” button to start the “Drain” programme.
Only open the door when the programme selector is at “Stop” and
the door is unlocked (after about 1 minute).
