CONDITIONS OF OFFER

To qualify for the offer, eligible NEW Whirlpool® kitchen appliances must be purchased
between September 14 and October 28, 2007, from a participating authorized Canadian
Whirlpool® Home Appliances dealer at the same time. Only the models identified on
this claim form are eligible. No substitute models qualify.

Claims must include a copy of your appliance purchase sales receipt(s). Keep your

original receipt(s). Appliance purchase sales receipt(s) must show date of purchase,
brand name, type of appliance, model number(s), store name and address for each
Whirlpool® kitchen appliance purchased.

Offer is open to Canadian residents, only. One claim per household. Offer is not
available to dealers, builders or contractors. Offer is available on ret ail purchases,
only. This offer cannot be combined with any other Whirlpool Canada offer. If making
multiple claims, all claims must be submitted on the same claim form, or will be void.

Claims will be void if received after December 7, 2007, at the claim address. No
