Prewash cycle increases programme duration by approx. 15 minutes. Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with Standard IEC 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.

ADDING DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES
Add the detergent and the additives into the dispenser as follows:
Programmes with pre- and main wash
Main wash programme without prewash
Fabric softeners and conditioners
Chlorine bleach
Stain remover agents
Anti-scale agents (water hardness 4)
Important:
Be careful not to fill more than the
MAX
level mark.
For programmes with prewash: do not use liquid detergents.
For programmes without prewash from cold to 40° C it is recommended to use a liquid detergent to avoid whitish residues on the coloured laundry.

Spin Speed Reduction button “”
Press the button to set the spin speed.
Note:
Every programme has an automatic maximum spin speed.
Half Load button “”
Reduces water consumption in the cottons and easy care programmes, above all during the prewash and the rinse.
Especially suitable for lightly soiled or small loads (reduce the detergent quantity).
Rinse Hold button “”
The laundry remains in the last rinse water without progressing to the spin cycle to avoid creasing and prevent colours from changing.
This option is particularly recommended for the programmes Synthetic “” or Delicate “”.
This function is particularly useful if you want to postpone spinning to a later time or when you do not wish to spin the clothes.
Note:
The programme selector knob stops on the position “”.
Terminate the programme:
Press the Rinse Hold button again; the programme will terminate automatically with the spin cycle for the present wash programme.
If you do not wish to spin the clothes, turn the programme knob to the drain programme “” and push the “On/Off” button.
PROGRAMME START
Open the tap and press the “On/Off” button “”. The pilot lamp lights up.
DOOR LOCK
During the running programme the door cannot be opened.The door locks automatically in all programmes. If the programme is stopped or the electrical power supply is terminated, the door lock will open after approximately 1 minute.
PROGRAMME END
The programme selector knob is at Stop.

2. Cancel the special o p tions by pressing the appropriate buttons.
3. Turn the water supply tap off.
4. Wait for the door to unlock (about 1 minute).
5. Open the door and the drum flaps and unload the machine.
SELECTING A NEW PROGRAMME, SPIN SPEED, OPTIONS AFTER PROGRAMME START
1. Press the On/Off button to switch off the appliance.
2. Select the new programme, temperature and options.
3. Press the On/Off button to switch on the appliance.
TO STOP, RESET A PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END
1. Press the On/Off button to switch off the appliance.
2. Set the programme selector to drain “”.
3. Press the On/Off button to start the drain programme. Only open the door when the programme selector is at “Stop” and the door is unlocked (after approximately 1 minute).
