With heavily soiled laundry the additional “Prewash” option can be selected as well.

with cotton.

In this programme, selection of “Prewash”, “Eco” and “Intensive Rinse” is not possible.

Curtains and delicate clothing, dresses, skirts, shirts and blouses.

“Intensive Rinse” is not possible in this programme.

Only woollens with a felt-free finish, labelled with the woolmark and identified as machine washable.

If you select “Rinse Hold” do not leave items to soak for too long.

Textiles made of silk, linen, wool and viscose marked as “handwashable”.

Prewash cycle increases programme duration approximately 15 min. Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with Standard IEC 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash. * The remaining time indicator can similarly deviate from the values in the table, because it takes into account the

household conditions applicable at that time.

ADD DETERGENTS, CLOSE THE DOOR AND SELECT THE PROGRAMME

Add the detergents as described in the programme table or in the chapter “Detergents and Additives” in the booklet.

2. The remaining time display shows the duration of the chosen programme (in hours and minutes) and the pilot lamp of the

“Start/Pause”

is flashing.

3. The programme sequence and the predefined spin speed indication corresponding to the selected programme lights up. The recommen d ed temper atur e (see th e in di cator) can be altered by pressing “+” or “-” button.

SELECT ANY DESIRED OPTION

“Eco Wash” button

• The duration of the wash is extended and the temperature re d uced to save up to 40% of energy but maintaining good washing results.

“Easy Ironing” button

• Can be used together with Cotton, Synt heti cs an d Daily programmes to make ironing easier.

• Increases the water quantity and the clothes are spun very soft.

“Prewash” button

• Only for heavily soiled loads (for example sand, granular dirt) sensible. The cycle time increases approximately 15 min.

“Intensive Rinse” button

• A further rinse cycle is added.

• This option is particularly suitable for areas with very soft water, washing baby linen and helps people with allergies.

“Rinse Hold” button

• The laundry rem ains in th e last rin se w ate r with out progressing to the fin al spin cycle to avoi d cr easin g and prevent colours fr om changin g.

• This option is particularly recommended for the programme “Synthetics”, “Daily” and “Delicates”.

“Variable Spin” button

• Every programme has an automatic predefined

maximum spin speed.

• Press the button to set another spin speed.

• If the spin speed “0” is selected, the final

spinning is cancelled but intermediate spin peak s remain during rinse. The water is drained out only.

START DELAY

The “Start Delay” allows to run the machine at the consumer’s convenience, for example at night when electricity is cheaper.

• Select programme, temperature and options.

• Press the “Start Delay” button to select the

delay time by 1 to 19 hours;

•Press the

“Start/ Pause”

button. The “Start

Delay” light flashes until the programme starts.

• The time delay indication disappears when the

programme starts and it is replaced by the remaining time.

• The number of hours presele cted can later be

reduced pressing again the “Start Delay” button.

To cancel the “Start Delay”.

• Turn the programme selector to the “ ”

position.

• Reselect the desired programme and options

and press the

“Start/Pause”

button.

PROGRAMME START

Open the tap and press the The pilot lamp of the

“Start/Pause”

button.

The indicator lamps show the sequence reached in the programme. After starting the programme, the sequence indication runs from left to right through Wash, Rinse, Spin.

When the sequence of the programme is finished the corresponding lamp goes out.

DOOR LOCK

During the first 15 minutes of the cotton and synthetics programmes the door can be opened for adding further laundry.

The door can be opened when the “Door Open” indication is shining.

PROGRAMME END

• The remaining time is on “0:00” and all the lights of the programme sequence indication are off.

1. Turn the programme selector to the

2. Turn the water supply tap off.

3. Open the door and unload the machine.

4. Close the tap and leave the door ajar to allow

the drum to dry out.

CHANGE THE PROGRAMME, TEMPERATURE, OPTIONS AFTER PROGRAMME START

1. Press the

“Start/Pause”

button to pause the

programme. The light flashes.

2. Select the new programme (with temperature),

any options and another spin speed if you want.

3. Press the

“Start/Pause”

button again. The new programme continues at the same position where the previous programme was interrupted. Do not add detergent for this programme.

CANCEL A PROGRAMME BEFOR E THE END

1. Press the

“Start/Pause”

button to pause the programme. The light flashes.

2. Set the programme selector to “Drain”. The spin indicators show

“0”

and the remaining

time shows “0:02”.

3. Press the

“Start/Pause”

button to start the

drain programme.
