international terrorism. Design goals and security concepts
have been implemented in order to alert personnel of the
following emergency situations:

• Bomb Threat

• Terrorist Attack

• Security Breach

• Chemical Release

• Natural Disaster Warnings: Tornado,
Flood Watch, Earthquake Alert, etc.

Counter measures have been developed as a solution to
minimize these threats. The Wheelock Personnel Alert
System as shown below is an integrated emergency voice
alert system that automatically notifies military or federal
personnel in the event of the above emergencies. This

System has been customized and is in use at federal
facilities worldwide.

• Compatible with existing public address
systems

• Up to five pre-recorded messages field
programmable in any language.

• Pre-recorded messages or tones
activated by five independent latching
push buttons.

• All call and reset switch.

• Supervised circuitry for maximum
reliability.

• Self-amplified speaker integration for high
security applications to ward off the threat
of eavesdropping.
