DRAWER INSTALLATION
If you need to remove the drawers with ball bearing slides from the unit, please follow the steps below to
prevent any damage to the slides or the drawers.
1. If you need to remove the drawer, please pull the
drawer all the way out, then simultaneously push the
plastic release lever of the ball bearing slide up on
one side and down on the other side, and then pull
the drawer completely out. See detail A.
2. To place the drawer back, simply push the ball bearing cart all the way to the end of the slides
(in both sides), and align the slide runners on the drawer with the slide tracks on the unit and
push it carefully inside until it stops. See detail B.
NOTE: If the drawer does not go in smoothly, please take it out and repeat the step.

NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back
and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier .
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.
2. Place the Desk Top (A) upside down on a level and protective surface. As shown.
3. Align and attach the Left Side Frame (C) to the Desk Top (A) by using five 1-1/8” Bolts (2) with Lock
Washers (4) and Flat Washers (5) from inside thr ough the drilled holes on the apron left side panel and
screw into place. As shown.
NOTE: For attaching Side Frames (C and D) to the Desk Top (A) must use the 1-1/8” Bolts (2).
4. Fasten the Bottom Shelf (B) to the Left Side Frame (C) by inserting two 1-1/4” Bolts (3) with Lock
Washers (4) and Flat Washers (5) through the drilled holes on the metal frame and screw into the
threaded sockets on the Left Side Frame. As shown. Make sure that th e back edges are even with each
other and the metal frame will face the fl o or when the unit is turned upright.
5. Repeat the same procedure to attach the Right Side Frame (D) at the other end.

6. Stand the assembled unit upright.
7. Align and attach two Metal Bars (E) to the Desk Top (A) and the Bo ttom Shelf (B) for extra support,
using two 5/8” Bolts (1) and two Washers (4 and 5) per metal bar.
8. Go back and securely tighten all the bolts with the provided Allen wrench.

9. Attach the Knob (6) to the outside of dra we r f ront using the provided Knob Bolt (7). As shown.
10. If necessary, adjust the pre-attached floor level ers at the bottom of the Side Frames (C and D) to level
the unit.

Care and Maintenance
Use a soft, clean cloth tha t w ill no t s c ratch the surface when dusting.
Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area.
Using solvents of any kin d o n yo ur furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
Always use coasters under be ver age glasses an d flowe r pots.
Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid
rubbing.
Always use protective p ads un d er h ot dishes and plates. Heat can cause che mical changes that may create
spotting within the furniture finish.
Stains or marks from crayons o r ink markers will be difficult to remove.
In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that you call a
professional to repair your furniture.
Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.
Further advice about wood furniture care
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity
changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away
from direct sunlight as sun may damage the finish.
Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important and
helpful tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.
