Smooth, Quiet and Compact
Designed by Westerbeke, the Company that pioneered the truly “quiet breed” of generators, the 3cylinder, 4.5BCGB is flawlessly smooth, quiet and compact. The engine incorporates a tuned air intake silencer and a balance shaft to diminish noise and vibration. Quieter than 3600-rpm generators, there is no other 1800-rpm gasoline generator in its size and power rating! This state-of-the-art generator will provide all your shipboard power requirements with the “quiet” that only an 1800-rpm gasoline generator can provide.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
To minimize engine maintenance, the 4.5BCGB is fresh water cooled and equipped with a simple control system without complex, troublesome, electronic components. Easy access to all servicing points (single-side servicing) allows easy installation and routine maintenance.
Powerful and Reliable
The 4.5BCGB is powered by and industrial .66 liter engine that provides a full 4.5 kilowatts at 60 Hertz or
3.8 kilowatts at 50 Hertz. The 4.5BCGB belongs to a long line of Westerbeke generators that have been the pride of many powerboat owners for their reliability.
Five Year Limited Warranty
The 4.5BCGB is backed by Westerbeke’s 5-year limited warranty. The presence of Westerbeke in over 65 countries around the world provides customers with easy access to parts, service and technical support worldwide. Established in 1937, Westerbeke is committed to providing its customers with quality products and unequaled after sales support.
