·These instructions are provided for your safety. It is important that they are read carefully and completely
before assembling xture.
·This xture has been rated for up to (1) 100-watt maximum type A bulb (not included). To avoid the risk of
re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
Warning:
·To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock or personal injury, always turn o
and unplug lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing light bulb.
·Do not touch bulb when xture is turned on. Do not look directly at lit bulb.
·Keep ammable materials away from lit bulb.
Pre-assembly:
·Remove all parts and hardware from box along with any plastic protective packaging.
·Do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding small
parts or hardware.

•(2) Screw (B,C)
Assembly Instructions:
1. Insert the pole (D) into the base (A) , insert screw (B) and
tighten with a screwdriver.
2. Screw the pole (F) onto the pole (D)
3. Insert the pole (G) into the pole (F), insert screw (C) and
tighten with a screwdriver.
4. Screw the handle (H) onto the tube (G).
5. Screw o the ring (K) from the socket (I).
6. Put the shade (J) onto the socket (I) and screw on the ring (K).
5. Insert one 100-watt maximum type A bulb (not included) into
the socket.
6. Plug into the proper electrical outlet and test xture.
