Installation of Track System-With Ceiling Bracket

*Mark desired distance between ceiling brackets on ceiling or
inside of window. Each track requires two brackets.
*Drill holes using 6mm drill and fix brackets as in illustration
above.
Track Holder
Extending the Track :
For connecting multiple tracks insert connector plate into
middle level of track leaving approx 1 3/8" sticking out. Tighten 2
set screws with allen key into track so connector does not move.
Slide 2nd track onto connector.

* Remove one end cap by loosening set screw with allen key.
* Slide track holders in top level of track system.
Note: Include one track holder for each ceiling bracket.
* Slide gliders in bottom level.
* If extending track see extending track instructions.
* Attach end cap to track. Tighten with set screw.
* Place track holders up inside ceiling brackets and tighten
set screw in ceiling bracket using allen key.

Proper fixing of brackets to the wall is essential for safety

The anchor plugs supplied are suitable for the use on walls of
concrete, prestressed hollow-core concrete slabs, natural stone
with dense structure wall, solid brick wall, sand-lime solid brick,
lightweight concrete, aircrete, solid gypsum wall, vertically
perforate brick, sand-lime perforated block, hollow block made
from lightweight concrete, slabs made of perforated bricks,
hollow concrete block etc.
Special anchors are required for gypsum plasterboard, gypsum
!
fiberboard, deep board panels. For any other types of installation
please consult a technician for proper guidance on the selection
of the anchor plug.
Use 6mm drill and drill a hole of at least 45mm(1.80in.)

Using a different size drill may result in improper anchor plug
fitting.
Use only 4-5mm screws
!
Ensure screws are firmly fixed on to the brackets.

Installation of Track System - With Wall Bracket

*Remove one end cap from track by loosening set screw with allen key.
*Slide connector in at middle level.
*Line up center of connector with where wall bracket will be connected.
Tighten set screw into track, so connector does not slide.
*Slide gliders in bottom level.
*If extending tack see extending track instructions.
*Attach end cap to track. Tighten with set screw.
*Attach wall bracket into center hole of connector using flat head screw.
Extending the Track
Insert connector plate into middle level of track leaving approx 1 3/8”
sticking out. Tighten 2 set screws into track so connector does not
move.
Slide 2nd track onto connector. Attaching wall bracket at intersection is
recommended.
Wall Bracket Assembly
Measure distance between center of each wall bracket.
At this distance position the center of loaders at the desired height.
Mark the 3 screw positions on the wall for each bracket with a pencil.
Remove loader & drill hole at the marked
positions using a 6mm drill.
Fit the anchor plug in the holes.

Fix loader to the wall with the provided screws.

Using Multiple Tracks

1st row
For single panel connect the track to the front row of screw holes in wall
bracket.
Wall Bracket
Place wall bracket over the loader and slide the bracket into
position. Tighten the set screw with allen key.
For multiple layers of panels use multiple rows of track.
If using a thicker panel with a second panel leave 2nd row vacant
using the 1st and 3rd rows (as seen above).
