West Elm Block Floor Lamp Assembly Instruction
! Use with a type A bulb. DO NOT USE WITH A BULB EXCEEDING 100 WATTS.

! Electric bulb should be centered inside the shade, making sure it does not touch
the sides of the shade.
! Recommended for use with west elm lamp shades only.
1. Screw light bulb into the lower socket (F).
2. Unscrew the ring (A) from the upper socket (E).
3. Place the shade (C) onto the base (H) — insert the feet (D) into the holes (G)
in the base, and insert ring in the lamp shade around the upper socket (E).
4. Screw ring (A) back onto upper socket, making sure to tighten.
5. Screw lightbuld into upper socket.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.
Wipe base with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the finish, avoid the use of all chemicals and household cleaners.
