The Professional in Hotel Guestroom Minibar
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including Children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
The appliance is for indoor use only
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
DISPOSALDo not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately
for special treatment is necessary.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as – staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; – farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; – bed and breakfast type environments; – catering and similar non-retail applications.

1 Safety Instructions
1.1 Safe warm suggestion
Please read this user manual carefully prior to operating the device.
Please connect the device only to the appropriate power supply.
Do not touch the back of the minibar when it is working, to avoid scald.
Children should be supervised by adults when using the minibar.
Always turn off power if the power cable is damaged, and do contact WELLWAY.
Do not fill the refrigerant when there is leakage or un-cool, do contact WELLWAY.
Do not modify the cooling system and electronic circuit.
Do not move the device when it is working.
Always turn off power before cleaning and maintenance.
1.2 Safe operation instructions
The device is designed only for in-room, please do not place the device out-door.
Do not place the device where close to any heat source, for example, heater, oven, and direct sunshine.
Do not place the device where close to humidity, for example, bath room and swimming pool.
Never store explosive substances such as petrol and similar items in the minibar.
2 Item Checking List
Please check whether the product has been damaged or not after removing all packages, and in the event that any damage
to the product in transportation is found, please inform the transportation company and WELLWAY promptly.

3.2 Cooling system introduction
Equipped with a ‘silent’ and high-efficient compressor cooling system and special energy saving system (Cool
Preservation System, CPS), the drawer minibar is able to create a comfortable sleeping environment but with a low
operation expense in money, the energy consumption of WELLWAY drawer minibar is only 35 – 40% of the similar
drawer minibars in the market.
WARNING
Please turn off and disconnect the device from power when you suspect any faulty on cooling system.
The cooling system is designed air-tightly, in which no additive refrigerant is needed under normal operation. If
the appliance fails to refrigerate because of leakage or block, please do not repair it, and do contact WELLWAY
promptly.
3.3 Refrigerant
WELLWAY drawer minibar adopts R134a for the refrigerant, it is a kind of substance for environmental-friendly,
non-flammable., and hazardous free.
4. Installation and Operation
4.1 Installation
4.1.1 Product dimension & the furniture cabinet

4.1.2 How to install
Prepare the furniture cabinet for built-in
Dimension of the cabinet where install the minibar (built-in)
Width: 552 ~ 554 mm
Height: minimum425 mm
Depth: minimum 485 mm (Version 1)
minimum 485 mm plus the thickness of the hotel
wooden door panel (Version 2)
Remove the caps (2 pcs each side)
Fix the cabinet with screws (2 pcs each side)
Insert the caps
WARM SUGG ESTION
● No need to remove the drawer when installation.
4.2 Ventilation
! There should be a duct of air inlet from the open air under the back of the product.
! There also should be a duct of air outlet to the open air above the back of the product.
! Air passing through the duct of air inlet should not be preheated by any other heat.
Please see Page 10 for detailed ventilation instructions.
WARNING
Any damage or unfavorable application effect caused by improper installation would be beyond the scope of warranty.
4.3 Connect to the electricity supply
Please insert the plug into proper socket with earth wire. Upon connection of power supply, the minibar would start
to work. It may take 3 - 5 hours before the minibar reaches the desired temperature setting after the first plug-in,
depends on quantity of item stored and the temperature of ambient.

Check whether the parameters relating to the voltage and power stated in the label of the minibar are
proper. Otherwise, please contact WELLWAY as soon as possible.
The device must be powered by constant power supply.
4.4 Drawers introduction

snacks (biscuit & chocolate).Please do not store fresh meet, cooked food, and medicine.

WARM SUGGESTION

4.6 Energy saving suggestion
Ensure sufficient ventilation and shall be kept away from heat source.
Take items quickly after opening the door and reducing the frequency of opening.
Do not fill the minibar with too many items, or else the cool air circulation would be affected, thus leading to higher
power consumption.
Ensure the door gasket is able to fully seal the gap between the door and the body when the door is closed.
4.7 Internal lighting
Low rated power LED light is adopted as the internal light in the minibar, it is high lumen, long service life and energy
saving. The lamp is controlled by the opening & closing of door.
WARNING
The lamp is powered up by DC 12 V, please contact the WELLWAY or authorized person in the event that any
default is detected.
Always wearing anti-static gloves or anti-static wrist when dismantling the lighting lamp panel avoid damaging
the LED by static electricity.
4.8 Door panel instruction
4.8.1 Change of laminate door panel for V1.
① Remove the door gasket.
② Remove the caps of handle holes.
③ Loose the handle fixation screws
and remove the handle.

⑤ Change the door décor panel.
⑥ Install the door frame with screws.
⑦ Install the handle with screws.
⑧ Insert the caps of handle holes.
⑨ Install the door gasket.
4.8.2 Installation of furniture wooden panel for V2
① Remove the large drawer.
② Remove the caps of wooden panel
fixation holes (8 pcs).
③ Fix the wooden door panel with screws
inside-out (8 pcs).
④ Insert the caps of the holes (8 pcs).
⑤ Install the large drawer.

5. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Always disconnect the device from the power before cleaning. Soft wet cloth can be used to wipe over the minibar
thoroughly. Small quantity of neutral cleanser can also be used, then clean the device with clean dry cloth.
WARNING
× Do not wipe with stimulating cleanser such as hot water, gasoline, alcohol, detergent or high class thinner etc.
× Do not spray the minibar with water directly
5.2 Maintenance
Clean and maintain the device periodically, by the method introduced in Section 5.1. Do remember to disconnect to
power supply prior to cleaning and maintenance.
Door gasket shall be kept clean all the time in case of going moldy, and shall be free from oil, and be checked
regularly for any aging occurs, as to avoid poor sealing effect.
Clean the condenser at least one time every year. Invite qualified staff to perform safety inspection for the electric circuit at least one time every year.
6.Troubleshooting

7.Warranty
WELLWAY ordinarily provides 1 (one) year warranty for the complete unit for manufacturing defect. Please see the
purchasing contract for more detailed condition and policy of warranty. Do contact WELLWAY and authorized servicers in
the event of device defection, and you are required to provide us the information of product model code and the serious
number.
Attention
The warranty does not apply in the following conditions and situation:
× Any modification to the minibar or the use of non-original components.
× Damage by improper installation / operation.
× Damage by human.
× Failure to provide effective document, such as the serial number.
× Violation of the contents in Section 1.1 of this usual manual.
