Features
• Ventless Hood System exceeds EPA Standard 202
for the release of particulate matter.
• Air Filter Interlock System will not allow heating
element to be energized if the baffle or HEPA
filter is not in place.
• Airflow Sensing System is designed to monitor
airflow through the filtration system to optimize
grease removal efficiency.

• Ansul R-102 Fire Suppression is built into the
Ventless Hood using a unique anti-fire design.
• Manual pressure release system is specially
designed to release steam pressure at desired
rate after completion of cook time.
• Automatic Oil Temperature Control ensures
precise temperatures to produce consistent high
quality products while minimizing energy consumption.
• Flat bar element, located below the basket, is
heavy-duty stainless steel with a low watt density for
longer oil life.
• Repeat cycle timer activates using one push
button operation.
• Oil filter system is easy to operate, and combined
with Flavor Saver Filter Powder, will substantially
increase oil life.
• Round frypot is constructed of spun stainless steel
with a 30 lb. oil capacity.
• Nickel-plated, perforated steel basket has a
detachable handle for lowering and removing
basket from the frypot.
• The WVPE-30F fryer is Underwriters Laboratories,
Inc. LISTED and meets NSF International standards.
• A one-year warranty against defects covers
parts and labor.
