1. OPERAÇÕES BÁSICAS

1.1. ABERTURA DA TAMPA

g

Segure a alça e abra a tampa com firmeza (Figura 1).

1.2. FECHAMENTO DA TAMPA

g

Segure a alça e feche a tampa com firmeza (Figura 2).

1.3. RETIRADA DA TAMPA

g

Abra a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.1);

g

Mova a tampa ao longo da base da seccionadora e então retire a tampa da base
(Figura 3).

1.4. MONTAGEM DA TAMPA

g

Insira a tampa na base da seccionadora e então mova a tampa ao longo dela firmemente
(Figura 4).

1.5. RETIRADA DA PROTEÇÃO DE TERMINAIS

g

Na proteção de terminais selecionada (Figura 5), retire um dos grampos com uma chave
de fenda (Figura 6) e então o segundo (Figura 7) ao mesmo em que puxa a proteção
selecionada da base da seccionadora (Figura 8).

1.6. MONTAGEM DA PROTEÇÃO DE TERMINAIS

Insira a proteção de terminais até que seus grampos engatem (Figura 9).

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Retire as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.5);

g

Fixe a seccionadora com parafusos 4xM8 ou 4xM10 (Figura 10) até que

se tenha uma boa fixação no painel;

g

Monte as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4);

g

Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4).

3. FIXAÇÃO DOS CONDUTORES DE SAÍDA

3.1. FIXAÇÃO DOS CONDUTORES COM TERMINAIS DE CABO ­GRAMPO PARAFUSO TIPO M

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Retire as proteções de terminais (de acordo com capítulo 1.5);

g

Fixe os condutores com parafusos M10 (Figura 11) e torque de 20 Nm;

g

Destaque os elementos da proteção de terminais apropriados (Figura 12, 13, 14, 15) e/
ou (Figura 6, 17, 18, 19);

g

Monte as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.6);

g

Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4).

4. INSERÇÃO, RETIRADA E VERIFICAÇÃO DE ELOS­FUSÍVEIS

4.1. INSERÇÃO DE ELOS-FUSÍVEIS

g

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Coloque o elo-fusível em um porta-fusível (Figura 21).

3.2. FIXAÇÃO DOS CONDUTORES COM TERMINAIS VIVOS - GRAMPO

PONTE TIPO S

g

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Retire a proteção de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.5);

g

Fixe os condutores com parafusos M8, 10 Nm (Figura 20);

g

Destaque os elementos da proteção de terminais apropriados (Figuras 12, 13, 14, 15)
e/ou (Figuras 6, 17, 18, 19);

g

Monte as proteções de terminais (de acordo com o capítulo 1.6);

g

Monte a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.4);

g

O kit de parafusos é composto por 12 parafusos M8 e 6 grampos tipo S. Ficando a
critério do cliente a utilização do parafuso M10.

4.2. RETIRADA DOS ELOS-FUSÍVEIS

g

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Pressione o botão de liberação de travamento dos elos-fusíveis (Figura 23) e em
seguida puxe e retire um elo-fusível de um porta-fusível (Figura 24).

4.3. VERIFICAÇÃO DE CONDIÇÃO DOS ELOS-FUSÍVEIS

g

Mova a corrediça da tampa para cima para liberar os orifícios de inspeção (Figura 25);

g

Verifique a condição dos elos-fusíveis com um detector de tensão (Figura 26);

g

Mova a corrediça da tampa para baixo até fechar os orifícios (Figura 27).

5. LACRE DA SECCIONADORA

5.1. LACRE COM FIO

g

Feche a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.2);

g

Sele a seccionadora passando um fio lacre através do olhal 2 e do olhal da alça 1 da
tampa (Figura 28).

5.2. LACRE COM CADEADO

g

Feche a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.2);

g

Coloque um cadeado no olhal 3 (Figura 29).

5.3. TRAVAMENTO E DESTRAVAMENTO DE ORIFÍCIOS DE MEDIÇÃO

O travamento e o destravamento dos orifícios de medição é possível quando não há
elos-fusíveis na tampa.

g

Retire a tampa (de acordo com o capítulo 1.3);

g

Mova a corrediça da tampa até fechar os orifícios de medição (Figura 27);

g

Para travar, mova os elementos de travamento de acordo com a direção mostrada pela
seta até encaixarem nas guias laterais da tampa (Figuras 30, 31);

g

Para destravar, mova os elementos de travamento de acordo com a direção mostrada
pela seta até encaixarem nas guias laterais da tampa (Figura 32).

5.4.1. MONTAGEM DO CONTATO AUXILIAR

Chave de contato auxiliar

Os condutores do contato auxiliar devem ser dispostos conforme a figura acima,
empurrar o contato auxiliary conforme as direções das setas.

5.4.2. DESMONTAGEM DO CONTATO AUXILIAR

Segurar e puxar a chave de contato auxiliar conforme figura a seguir:

6. DESCARTE DO MATERIAL UTILIZADO

As seccionadoras tipo fusível FSW são fabricadas com materiais e tecnologia que não
agridem o meio ambiente.
Normas referentes à proteção do meio ambiente devem ser respeitadas.
O produto utilizado deve ser desmontado e as peças de metal devem ser separadas
das peças plásticas. Peças metálicas sem uso devem ser segregadas em metais não
ferrosos e outros e devem ser sucateadas. Peças plásticas que podem ser recicladas
devem ser enviadas para empresa de reciclagem. Peças plásticas que não podem ser
recicladas devem ser enviadas para empresa especializadas. Embalagens de papelão e
sacos plásticos que são reciclados devem ser enviados para empresas de reciclagem.
Em caso de dúvidas, entre em contato com o fabricante.

7. CONDIÇÕES DE TRANSPORTE E ARMAZENAMENTO

O armazenamento deve ser realizado na embalagem original, em locais secos e limpos
em temperatura superior a -5 ºC e umidade relativa não superior a 80% a temperatura
de +35 ºC.
A temperatura mais alta de 40 ºC, a umidade relativa do ar não deve ser superior a 50%.

1. BASIC OPERATIONS

1.1. OPENING OF THE COVER

Take the handle and open the cover up to firm resistance (Figure 1).

1.2. CLOSING THE COVER

g

Take the handle and close the cover up to firm resistance (Figure 2).

1.3. TAKING OFF THE COVER

g

Open the cover (acc. to chapter 1.1);

g

Move the cover along the base of the disconnector and then take off the cover (Figure 3).

1.4. MOUNTING THE COVER

g

Insert the cover into the base of disconnector and then move the cover along the base
of disconnector up to firm resistance (Figure 4).

1.5. TAKING OFF THE SHIELD FOR TERMINALS

g

Take selected shield for terminals (Figure 5) pull one of the catches off by a screwdriver
(Figure 6) and then the second one (Figure 7) pulling out at the same time selected shield
for terminals from a base of the disconnector (Figure 8).

1.6. MOUNTING OF THE SHIELD FOR TERMINALS

Insert shield for terminals into the base until the catches of the shield for terminals are
slammed (Figure 9).

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

Mount the cover (acc. to chapter 1.4).

3. FIXING OUTGOING CONDUCTORS

3.1. FIXING CONDUCTORS WITH CABLE TERMINAL - BOLT CLAMP OF
M TYPE

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

g

Take off the shields for terminals (acc. to chapter 1.5);

g

Fix the conductors with M10 screws (Figure 11) (20 Nm torque);

g

Break down appropriate elements of the shield for terminals (Figure 12, 13, 14, 15) and/
or (Figure 16, 17, 18, 19, 20);

g

Mount the shields for terminals (acc. to chapter 1.6);

g

Mount the cover (acc. to chapter 1.4).

4. INSERTING, TAKING OUT AND CHECKING FUSE LINKS

4.1. INSERTING FUSE LINKS

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

g

Place the fuse link in a fuse holder (Figure 21);

3.2. FIXING CONDUCTORS WITH LIVE TERMINALS - BRIDGE CLAMP
OF S TYPE

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

g

Take off the shields for terminals (acc. to chapter 1.5);

g

Fix the conductors with M8 screws, 10 Nm (Figure 20);

g

Break down appropriate elements of shields for terminals (Figure 12, 13, 14, 15) and/or
(Figure 6, 17, 18, 19);

g

Mount shields for terminals (acc. to chapter 1.6);

g

Mount the cover (acc. to chapter 1.4);

g

The screw kit is compound by 12 M8 screw and 6 clips type S. Getting the customer's
discretion to use the M10 screw.

g

Move a fuse link along the cover until the locking of fuse links is slammed
(Figure 22);

g

Mount the cover (acc. to chapter 1.4).

4.2. TAKING OUT FUSE LINKS

g

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

g

Press the release button of locking for fuse links (Figure 23) and then pull out and take
out a fuse link from a fuse holder (Figure 24).

4.3. CHECKING THE CONDITION OF FUSE LINKS

g

Move a slide of the cover up in order to make clear the inspection holes (Figure 25);

g

Check the condition of fuse links e.g. by voltage tester (Figure 26);

g

Move down a slide of the cover until it gets measuring closed holes (Figure 27).

5. SEALING THE DISCONNECTOR

5.1. SEALING BY SEALING WIRE

g

Close the cover (acc. to chapter 1.2);

g

Place a seal by passing sealing wire through the eye 2 of sealing element and eye of a
handle 1 of the cover (Figure 28).

5.2. SEALING BY A PADLOCK

g

Close the cover (acc. to chapter 1.2);

g

Place a padlock in eye 3 of sealing element (Figure 29).

5.3. INTERLOCKING AND UNLOCKING OF MEASURING HOLES

Interlocking and unlocking of measuring holes is possible when fuse links are not in the
cove r.

g

Take off the cover (acc. to chapter 1.3);

g

Move down a slide of the cover until it gets closed measuring holes (Figure 27);

g

In order to interlock please move locking elements according to the direction showed
by arrow until skip is reached in side guides of the cover (Figures 30, 31);

g

In order to unlock move interlocking elements according to direction showed by arrow
until skip is reached in side guides of the cover (Figure 32).

5.4.2. DISMOUNTING OF AUXILIARY BLOCK

Hold and pull the auxiliary contact block as shown below:

6. PROCEEDING WITH THE MATERIAL UTILIZED

FSW type fuse switch disconnectors are manufactured with the use of materials and
technology which are not harmful to the natural environment.
Obligatory regulations regarding protection of the environment should be respected.
The product utilized should be dismantled and metal parts should be apart from plastic
ones. Useless metal parts should be segregated to non- ferrous metals and others and
they are to be scraped. Plastic parts which can be recycled should be sent to recycling
company. Plastic parts which can not be recycled should be sent to utilization company.
Cardboard packaging and plastic bags which are recycled should be sent to recycling
companies. In case of any doubts please contact with the manufacturer.

7. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONDITIONS

Storage should be performed in original packaging, in dry and clean rooms at
temperature higher than -5

o

C and related humidity not higher than 80% at temperature

+35

o

C. At the highest temperature +40 oC air humidity should not be higher than 50%.

1. OPERACIONES BÁSICAS

1.1. APERTURA DE LA TAPA

Sujete el asa y abra la tapa con firmeza (Figura 1).

1.2. CIERRE DE LA TAPA

g

Sujete el asa y cierre la tapa con firmeza (Figura 2).

1.3. REMOCIÓN DE LA TAPA

g

Abra la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.1);

g

Mueva la tapa a lo largo de la base de la seccionadora y retire la tapa de la base
(Figura 3).

1.4. MONTAJE DE LA TAPA

g

Inserte la tapa en la base de la seccionadora y mueva la tapa a lo largo de la misma,
firmemente (Figura 4).

1.5. REMOCIÓN DE LA PROTECCIÓN DE LOS TERMINALES

g

En la protección seleccionada de los terminales (Figura 5), retire una de las grapas con
un destornillador (Figura 6) y luego la segunda (Figura 7) al momento en que empuja la
protección seleccionada de la base de la seccionadora (Figura 8).

1.6. MONTAJE DE LA PROTECCIÓN DE LOS TERMINALES

Inserte la protección de los terminales hasta que sus grapas se enganchen (Figura 9).

Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);

Retire las protecciones de los terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.5);

Monte las protecciones de los terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4);

g

Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).

3. FIJACIÓN DE LOS CONDUCTORES DE SALIDA

Fije los conductores con tornillos M10 (Figura 11) (20 Nm par);

Destaque los elementos de la protección de los terminales apropiados (Figuras 12, 13,
14, 15) y/o (Figuras 16, 17, 18, 19);

Monte las protecciones de los terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.6);

g

Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).

4. INSERCIÓN, RETIRADO Y VERIFICACIÓN DE
ESLABONES-FUSIBLES

4.1. INSERCIÓN DE ESLABONES-FUSIBLES

g

Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);

g

Coloque el eslabón-fusible en un portafusible (Figura 21);

3.2. FIJACIÓN DE LOS CONDUCTORES CON TERMINALES VIVOS -

GRAPA PUENTE TIPO S

g

Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);

g

Retire las protecciones de los terminales (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.5);

g

Fije los conductores con parafusos M8, 10 Nm (Figure 20);

g

Destaque los elementos de la protección de los terminales apropiados (Figuras 12, 13,
14, 15) y/o (Figuras 16, 17, 18, 19);

g

Monte las protecciones de los terminales de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.6);

g

Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4);

g

El kit es compuesto por 12 tornillo M8 y 6 presillas tipo S.

Mueva un eslabón-fusible a lo largo de la tapa hasta que la traba de eslabones­fusibles lo sujete (Figura 22);

g

Monte la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.4).

4.2. RETIRADO DE LOS ESLABONES-FUSIBLES

g

Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);

g

Presione el botón de liberación de intertrabado de los eslabones-fusibles (Figura 23)
seguidamente empuje y retire un eslabón-fusible de un portafusible (Figura 24).

4.3. VERIFICACIÓN DE LA CONDICIÓN DE LOS ESLABONES-FUSIBLES

g

Mueva la corredera de la tapa hacia arriba para liberar los orificios de inspección
(Figura 27);

g

Verifique la condición de los eslabones-fusibles con un detector de tensión (Figura 26);

g

Mueva la corredera de la tapa hacia abajo hasta cerrar los orificios (Figura 27).

5. LACRADO DE LA SECCIONADORA

5.1. LACRADO CON ALAMBRE

g

Cierre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.2);

g

Selle la seccionadora pasando un alambre lacre a través del ojal 2 y del ojal del asa 1
de la tapa (Figura 28).

5.2. LACRADO CON CANDADO

g

Cierre la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.2);

g

Coloque un candado en el ojal 3 (Figura 29).

5.3. TRABADO Y DESTRABADO DE LOS ORIFICIOS DE MEDICIÓN

El trabado y destrabado de los orificios de medición es posible cuando no hay
eslabones-fusibles en la tapa.

g

Retire la tapa (de acuerdo con el capítulo 1.3);

g

Mueva la corredera de la tapa hasta cerrar los orificios de medición (Figura 27);

g

Para trabar, mueva los elementos de trabado de acuerdo con la dirección mostrada
por la flecha hasta que encajen en las guías laterales de la tapa (Figuras 30, 31);

g

Para destrabar, mueva los elementos de trabado de acuerdo con la dirección mostrada
por la flecha hasta que encaje en las guías laterales de la tapa (Figura 32).

5.4.1. MONTAJE DO BLOQUE DE CONTACTO AUXILIAR

Los conductores de bloque de contacto auxiliar se definirán de acuerdo a la figura
anterior, empuje el bloque de contacto auxiliar como las direcciones de las flechas.

5.4.2. DESMONTAJE DO BLOQUE DE CONTACTO AUXILIAR

Mantener y tirar el bloque de contacto auxiliar como se muestra la siguiente figura:

6. DESCARTE DEL MATERIAL UTILIZADO

Las seccionadores tipo fusible FSW son fabricadas con materiales y tecnología que no
agreden el medio ambiente.
Las normas referentes a la protección del medio ambiente deben ser respetadas. El
producto utilizado debe ser desmontado y las piezas de metal deben ser separadas
de las piezas plásticas. Piezas metálicas sin uso deben ser segregadas en metales
no ferrosos y otros, debiendo ser clasificadas como chatarra. Las piezas plásticas
que pueden ser recicladas deben ser enviadas a la empresa de reciclaje. Las piezas
plásticas no reciclables deben ser enviadas a empresas especializadas. Embalajes de
cartón y bolsas plásticas deben ser enviados a la empresa de reciclaje. En caso de
dudas, contacte al fabricante.

7. CONDICIONES DE TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENADO

El almacenado debe ser realizado en el embalaje original, en locales secos y limpios a
temperatura comprendida entre -5 ºC y + 35 ºC y la humedad relativa máxima de 80%.
A más de 40 ºC, la humedad relativa del aire no debe ser superior a 50%.
