Do not use this product for stor ing or transporting ammables, exp losives, hazardous materials, or hazardous waste, such as containers of gasoline, solvents, gun powder, dynamite, propane tanks, acetylene tanks and cutting torches. This product is only intended and safe for use in storing and transporting small tools, equipment and other similar materials. These instructions are to be followed using the parts and fasteners supplied for proper installation. Any modications or improper installation of this product will create a hazardous condition that could result in death, serious personal injury and/or property damage.
All oor mounting bolts near the fuel tank area should be installed from the underside of the vehicle, to guard against the fuel tank being punctured in the event of a collision. This would mean not using Blind Fasteners in this area. Holes in this area should be 5/16". Ensure ample space in roof ribs and sidewall ribs for mounting screws so as not to puncture exterior roof or wall.
Do not install this product where it could interfere with deployment of air bags. Failure to comply could result in death or serious body injury.

Prior to drilling, so as not to cut electric wires, fuel lines, brake lines, etc., check behind and underneath drilling and mounting locations. To keep debris out of your eyes when checking the underside of the vehicle, or when drilling, always wear protective eye wear. Failure to heed this warning will result in death or serious injury.

INSTALLATION TIME
Approximate installation time: 12 minutes per unit (0.2 hours) depending on van equipment installation experience.
TOOLS REQUIRED
• 7/16" Open or Box End Wrench (2)
• Pencil or Marker
• Electric Drill with 5/16" Drill Bit
Bolt Kit #3522 is provided with your product. Check this bolt kit to be sure the following parts are included:

hardware after installation is complete.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (3" SHELF)
NOTE: Model 8918-3 has three brackets, use third as a center support, not to be bolted to bottom of unit. Install bracket before bolting unit to shelf.
STEP 1: For installation on a 3" shelf, use two Mounting
Brackets with models 8906-3/8908-3/8909-3 and three brackets for model 8918-3.
STEP 2: Bolt Mounting Brackets to cabinet bottom (see Figure 1).
STEP 3: Position unit aligning mounting bracket holes with van shelf holes and bolt unit to shelf.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (1" SHELF)
STEP 1. Mounting brackets are not used on a 1" shelf.
Invert shelf, as shown in Figure 2.

STEP 2. Set unit in position and mark four holes. Remove
unit and drill holes.
STEP 3. Bolt unit to shelf.
