Water Quality professionals with an easy to use tool for selecting the correct

commercial plumbing products from Watts Regulator.

We are proud to note that all of our bronze and plastic by-pass valves are
manufactured in the U.S.A. However, we have also included a select number of
cost competitive imported valves and accessories that meet our engineering
specifications. Further, if your application requires special by-pass products,
we have a design engineering staff who can create custom devices or modify
existing products to meet your needs.

Series 1170/L1170
Hot Water Temperature Control Valves

The new Watts 1170/L1170 hot water temperature control valves maintain and limit mixed hot water to
a desired, selectable temperature chosen by the installer. The Watts Series 1170/L1170 is perfect for
maintaining optimum water temperatures in Reverse Osmosis systems. The superior flow characteristics
of this valve results in accurate temperature control of ±3°F combined with low pressure drop. As an
added benefit the 1170 series incorporates check valves in both the hot and cold water inlets to protect
against cross flow.
