Garantía limitada: Watts Regulator Co. (en adelante, “la Compañía”) garantiza, por un período de un año a partir de la fecha de embarque
original, que sus productos están libres de defectos en materiales y mano de obra bajo condiciones de uso normal. En caso de que se
encuentren tales defectos dentro del período de garantía, la Compañía reemplazará o reacondicionará, a su elección, el producto sin
costo alguno.
LA GARANTÍA AQUÍ ESTIPULADA SE OTORGA EN FORMA EXPRESA Y ES LA ÚNICA GARANTÍA OTORGADA POR LA COMPAÑÍA
EN RELACIÓN CON EL PRODUCTO. LA COMPAÑÍA NO OTORGA NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA, YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA. LA
COMPAÑÍA POR LA PRESENTE RENUNCIA ESPECÍFICAMENTE A TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS,
INCLUYENDO SIN LIMITACIÓN, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE APTITUD PARA LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN E IDONEIDAD PARA UN
PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR.
La solución descrita en el primer párrafo de esta garantía constituirá la única y exclusiva solución por incumplimiento de garantía, y la
Compañía no se hará responsable por daños accidentales, especiales o indirectos, incluyendo sin limitación, la pérdida de ganancias
o el costo de reparación o reemplazo de otra propiedad que resulte dañada por el mal funcionamiento de este producto, otros costos
resultantes por mano de obra, retardos, vandalismo, negligencia, obstrucciones ocasionadas por materiales extraños, daños debidos a
condiciones adversas del agua, químicos o cualquier otra circunstancia sobre la cual la Compañía no tenga control. Esta garantía no
tendrá validez en cualquier caso de abuso, uso indebido, aplicación incorrecta, instalación inadecuada, o mantenimiento adecuado o
alteración del producto.
Algunos Estados no permiten limitaciones en la duración de una garantía implícita y algunos Estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación
de daños accidentales o indirectos. Por lo tanto, es posible que las limitaciones anteriores no sean aplicables en su caso. Esta garantía

Garantie limitée: Watts Regulator Co. (la « Société ») garantit que chacun de ses produits est exempt de vice de matériau et de fabrica-

TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE OU TACITE, NOTAMMENT TOUTE GARANTIE TACITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU
D’ADAPTATION À UN BUT PARTICULIER.
Le recours décrit dans le premier paragraphe de cette garantie constitue le seul recours à toute violation de la présente garantie. La Société
ne saurait être tenue responsable de tout dommage accessoire, spécial ou indirect, y compris, de façon non limitative : la perte de profits
ou le coût afférent à la réparation ou au remplacement d’autres biens qui seraient endommagés par suite du fonctionnement incorrect
dudit produit ; d’autres coûts résultant de frais de main-d’œuvre, de retards, de vandalisme, de négligence, d’une obstruction causée par
des matériaux étrangers, de dommages causés par une eau impropre, des produits chimiques ou par tout autre événement échappant au
contrôle de la Société. La présente garantie est déclarée nulle et non avenue en cas d’usage abusif ou incorrect, d’application, d’installation
ou d’entretien incorrects ou de modification du produit.
Certains États n’autorisent pas les limitations de durée d’une garantie tacite ou l’exclusion ou la limitation des dommages accessoires ou
indirects. Les limitations susmentionnées peuvent donc ne pas s’appliquer à vous. Cette garantie limitée vous donne des droits spécifiques
et il se peut que vous ayez aussi d’autres droits qui varient d’un État à l’autre. Veuillez vous référer aux lois applicables de l’État pour déterminer vos droits en la matière. DANS LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI APPLICABLE DE L’ÉTAT, TOUTES LES GARANTIES TACITES

Limited Warranty: Watts Regulator Co. (the “Company”) warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal usage for a period of one year from the date of original shipment. In the event of such defects within the warranty period,
the Company will, at its option, replace or recondition the product without charge.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS GIVEN EXPRESSLY AND IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY THE COMPANY WITH
RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY HEREBY
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The remedy described in the first paragraph of this warranty shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, and
the Company shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits or
the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged if this product does not work properly, other costs resulting from labor
charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from adverse water conditions, chemical, or any
other circumstances over which the Company has no control. This warranty shall be invalidated by any abuse, misuse, misapplication,
improper installation or improper maintenance or alteration of the product.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages. Therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State. You should consult applicable state laws to determine your rights. SO
FAR AS IS CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE STATE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO

Installation Instructions:
Bath Waste – Twist ’n Close Type (Black - White)
Installation of a Bath waste can be the most time
consuming trim operation performed by a plumber.
Special attention has been given by Watts Brass
and Tubular to simplifying this job as much as possible.
1. Place rubber gasket (B) on overflow (A) and
hold in place with retainer bracket (W) which is
secured with (2) machine screws (Y).
2. Insert retainer bracket (W) through hole in the
bathtub, leaving your hands free to complete
the installation.
3. Remove the Twist ’n Close Assembly (C) from
shoe strainer (D) by un-threading the Twist ’n
Close plunger (C1) from the threaded stem (C2)
4. Apply a gasket or a bead of putty around the
underside flange of the shoe strainer (D).
5. Set the shoe elbow (E) under the tub with rubber washer (I) between shoe elbow (E) and tub.
6. Screw in shoe strainer (D) through tub into
shoe elbow (E). Use a strainer wrench or pliers
to secure shoe strainer (D) into shoe elbow (E).

7. Place one each slipnut (G) and washer (H) on
shoe elbow tube and on overflow elbow tube
(threads of slipnuts facing outward).
8. Set adjustable waste tee (F) in place and tighten slipnuts (G).
9. Install the Twist ’n Close Assembly (C) by
threading plunger (C1) onto stem (C2)
10. Attach cover plate (K) to overflow elbow (A)
using the two (2) chrome plated machine
screws (L).
11. Water test the entire installation by filling up tub
with water to overflow opening and check for
leakage.
12. Tighten up all slipjoint connections.

La instalacion del desague de tina es una de las
instalaciones que le demora mas tiempo a un
plomero. Watts Brass and Tubular ha simplificado
al maximo esta instalacion.
1. Colocar la empaqueta dura de goma (B) sobre
el codo (A) de reboso y mantener en lugar con
el soporte (W) el cual es asegurado con 2 tornillos (Y).
2. Pasar el soporte (W) por la cavidad de la tina,
dejando sus manos libres para completar la
instalacion.
3. Remover el juego de girar y cerrar (C) del
desague (D) desenros cando el embolo (C1)
del vastago roscado (C2)
4. Aplicar una agarradera o base de macilla de
plomero alrededor del desague (D)
5. Colocar el codo de desague (E) por debajo de
la tina con la agarradera de goma (I) entre el
codo de desague y la tina.
6. En roscar el desague (D) a traves de la tina
dentro del codo de desague (E) ssar una herramientaq para asegurar el desague (D) dentro
del codo de desague (E).
Instructions D’ Installation
Trop Plein de Baignoire, Modéle “Loquet Tournant”
(noir et blanc)
L’installation d’un trop plein de bain est probablement la Réparation la plus coûteuse en temps pour
un plombier. La compagnie Watts Brass and
Tubular à apporté une attention toute spéciale afin
de simplifier cette táche à son minimum.
1. Mettre le joint de caoutchouc (B) sur le coude
trop plein (A) et fixer avec un écrou de blocage
(W), lui-méme fixé avec deux vis (Y).
2. Insérer l’ecrou de blocage (W) à travers le trou
du bain, afin d’Avoir les mains libre pour terminer votre installation.
3. Enlever le kit loquet tournanant (C) du asbot à
passoire (D) en désenfilant le plonguer de
loquet tournant (C1) de la tige taraudé (C2).
4. Mettre un joint d’étanchéité ou du mastic
autour du rebord dessous le sabot à passoire
(D).
5. Poser le coude du sabot (E) sous le bain avec
une rondelle de caoutchouc (I) entre le coude
du sabot (E) et la baignoire.
6. Visser le sabot à passoire (D) à travers le bain
sur le coude du sabot (E). utiliser une clé ou
des pinces pour attacher solidement le sabot à
passoire (D) dans le coude du sabot (E).
7. Colocar una de cada una: tuerca (G) agarradera (H) en el codo de desague y en el codo de
reboso (rosca en las tuercas hacia aguera).
8. Ajustar el desague ajustable (F) en su lugar y
ajustar tuercas.
9. Instalar el juego de gidar y cerrar (C) en
roscando el embolo (C1) dentro del vastago
roscado (C2).
10. Colocar la cubierta (K) sobre el codo de reboso usando 2 tornillos cromados (L).
11. Verificar la instalacion llenaddo la tina con agua
hasta el reboso y chequear por perdidas.
12. Adjustail todas las conexiones.
(no Usar limpiadords abrasivos)
7. Mettre un écrou coulissant (G) et une rondelle
(H) sur le tube du coude de sabot et sur le
tube du coude trop plein (le côté taraudé de
l’écrou vers l’extérieur).
8. Poser le raccord trop plein réglable (F) à sa
place et serrer les écrous (G).
9. Installer l’assemblage loquet tournant (C) en
filetant le plongeur (C1) sur la tige (C2).
10. Attacher la plaque décorative (K) sur le coude
du trop plein (A) en utilisant deux vis à placage
chrome (L).
11. Faire un essai de votre installation, remplir le
bain plus haut que l’ouverture du trop plein et
vérifier l’étanchéité.
12. Serrer tout les raccordements.
(ne pas utiliser de detergents abrasifs)
