Locating Model # Information
Model numbers and other information required for service parts is
located on a white label on the upper right hand corner of the unit.
CAPACITIES
• The maximum weight for each shelf should be no more than
40 lbs. (evenly distributed).
• The maximum product weight including contents should be no
more than 100 lbs.
DANGER is used to indicate a hazardous
situation which, if not avoided, will result in serious injury
or death.
WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in serious injury or death.
CAUTION is used to indicate a hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, may result in minor injury, moderate
injury, or property damage.
CAUTION: Read and follow all Safety Rules and
Operating Instructions before rst use of this product.
DANGER
• DO NOT stand on this product. You may fall which
may cause personal injury.
• DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any
other moving object. This may cause personal injury or
product damage.
• DO NOT step on the shelves. You may fall which may
cause personal injury.
WARNING
• Use appropriate safety equipment when using power
and hand tools. Failure to do so may cause personal
injury or product damage.
• Use adequate manpower when assembling and moving
this unit. Failure to do so may cause personal injury or
product damage.
• DO NOT alter this product in any manner. This may
cause product damage or personal injury.
• Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may
become unstable and tip if stored or moved on an
un-level surface, which may cause personal injury
or product damage.
• Cabinet MUST be attached to a stud in a wood frame
wall. Failure to do so may cause personal injury or
product damage.
• Hardware is provided for wood frame wall use only.
Concrete or other surfaces will require other hardware
(not provided). Use appropriate hardware per your local
building codes. Failure to do so may cause personal injury
or product damage.
CAUTION
MAINTENANCE
• Periodically the surfaces should be cleaned with a mild
detergent and water.
• Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning
uids. For safety, use a nonammable cleaning uid.
• Auto wax will preserve the unit’s luster nish. Apply the wax
as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit against
scratches.

ASSEMBLY
Items Needed:
1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head Screw (Qty: 2)
1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nut (Qty: 2)
Back (Qty: 2)
Process:
• Place (2) Backs with anges up as shown.
(Use packaging material to prevent scratches.)
• Assemble (2) Backs, using (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head
Screws, and (2) 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nuts through
anges.
• Finger tighten.

1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head Screw (Qty: 4)
1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nut (Qty: 4)
Side (Qty: 2)
Process:
• Attach (2) Side Panels using (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Button
Head Screws, and (4) 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nuts
nuts in middle holes of each side.
• Finger tighten.

Items Needed:
1/4-20 x 5/8" Carriage Bolt (Qty: 4)
1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head Screw (Qty: 6)

1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nut (Qty: 10)
Top (Qty: 1)
Process:
• Insert bottom into one end of assembly and attach
using (4) 1/4-20 x 5/8" Carriage Bolt , (6) 1/4-20 x 3/4"
Button Head Screws, (4) 11/32" Washer and (8) 1/4-20
Serrated Flange Nuts.
• Finger tighten.

Items Needed:
1/4-20 x 5/8" Carriage Bolt (Qty: 2)
11/32" Washer (Qty: 2)
1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nut (Qty: 2)
Shelf (Qty: 1)
Process:
• Place the cabinet in its upright position.
• Insert Shelf from top of unit.
• Place back of shelf in desired mounting location in the
back of unit, and rotate into place as shown.
• Attach using (2) 1/4-20 x 5/8" Carriage Bolts, (2)
11/32" Washers, and (2) 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nuts
in square mounting holes as shown.
• Finger tighten.

OPTION 1 - MOUNTING CABINET
Note: Option 1 is for hanging cabinet on trackwall only. If
hanging cabinet directly on the wall go to Option 2.
Process:
• Attach Top and Wall Bracket as shown using (4) 1/4-20
x 5/8" Carriage Bolt , (6) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head
Screws, (4) 11/32" Washer and (10) 1/4-20 Serrated
Flange Nuts.
• Finger tighten.

OPTION 2 - MOUNTING CABINET
Note: Option 2 is for hanging cabinet directly on wall.
Holes are provided for studs on 16" and 24" centers.
Assembly shown for installation on 16" centers.
Process:
• Attach Top as shown using (4) 1/4-20 x 5/8" Carriage
Bolt , (6) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Button Head Screws, (4) 11/32"
Washer and (10) 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nuts.
• Finger tighten.
