• Be sure to secure the unit to a studded or concrete wall. Failure to do so may cause the unit to become unstable and tip. This may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• Use only the provided pegboard on Workbench Backwall.
• Backwall with Metal Pegboard is only to be attached to one of the following Workbenches: WB5002, WB5003, WB5507. Failure to do so
could result in personal injury or product damage.

NOTE: To assemble the Backwall, the drawers and top must first be
removed from the workbench.
REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRAWERS:
FRICTION SLIDES
• Empty the drawer.
• Fully extend the drawer. Push it back a quarter of an inch, (6
mm).
• Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the slide and push in on the
stop until it clears the lance.

• Repeat the procedure on the other slide and remove the drawer.
• To reinstall the drawer, pry the stop far enough out to engage the
lance and push the drawer onto the slides until the stops pass
over the lances.

• Remove and reuse the top fasteners from the top back of
the workbench.
• Attach (2) A to workbench, as shown, using existing
hardware and (2) BB, (2) EE and (2) FF.
• Finger tighten.

BALL BEARING SLIDES
• Empty the drawer.
• Fully extend the drawer.
Lever Style - Lift or lower (depending on the
slide) the release lever on both sides, (this
allows the slides to ride over the stops.) Pull
out to remove.
Tab Style - Depress the release tabs on
both sides, (this allows the slides to ride over
the stops.) Pull out to remove.
• To reinstall, carefully align
the slides and slowly push
the drawer into the unit until
the drawer stops.

marked and drilled.
• Place top on the bench in the desired location.
• Mark centers of mounting holes to be drilled.
• Drill 1/8" pilot holes in top.
• Reattach top using existing hardware.

MAINTENANCE
C Periodically the surfaces should be cleaned with a mild
detergent and water.
C Auto wax will preserve the unit's luster finish. Apply the wax
as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit against
scratches.
C Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning
fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid.
