PARTS LIST FOR THE HOUSEPURE DWF

TWO THREADED ½” HEX NIPPLES.

ONE 12” HOT WATER FILTER HOUSING THAT IS RATED FOR
TEMPERATURES TO 160 DEGREES FOR HOT WATER SAFETY LEAK
PROTECTION.

ONE SPECIALLY FORMULATED HARD WATER MINERAL REMOVAL
WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE.

ONE CARTRIDGE CHANGE SPANNER WRENCH.

TWO LEAD FREE STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED HOSES.

ONE 3/8” HOSE CONNECTOR FITTING.

ONE BRACKET KIT INCLUDING 8 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS (4 SHORTER
SHEET METAL SCREWS FOR THE FILTER HEAD UNIT AND 4 LONGER
SCREWS FOR MOUNTING THE FILTER TO UNDER SINK CABINET WALL).

WI-HP-DWF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Insert the ½” threaded hex nipples into the filter head. Do not use pipe dope.

• The installation parts provided are for a 3/8” compression connection to the water

supply, which is the most common size in use. You may require additional or
different fittings/connections, which have not been include.

• Turn off the water under the sink to the dishwasher.

• Unhook the water supply to the dishwasher.

• Attach to the filter-housing top the 2 stainless steel braided hoses. Do not over

tighten.

• Locate a suitable location for the HousePure DWF (dish washer filter) that allows
relocation to facilitate the periodic cartridge changes and connection to the water
supply source and water hook up to the dishwasher.

• Connect the “out” water line hose to the dishwasher supply line (this may require
the use of the 3/8” connector fitting.

• Turn on the dishwasher and check for any water leaks. If there are no leaks
enjoy sparkling dishes and stem ware from your dishwasher.

• If you have water leaks turn off the dishwasher and tighten the fittings to stop the
leak. Restart your dishwasher and re check for leaks. Hopefully you have none and
can now begin enjoying sparkling dishes, gleaming stemware and begin to restore
the brand new looking interior of your stainless steel dishwasher.
