ALUMINUM FULL DOOR INSERT PANEL

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WAR 90750

1976-1995 JEEP CJ7-YJ WRANGLER

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.

1. Remove inner “grab handle” and window crank handle.

2. Remove the lower inner panel by prying with long screwdriver. Check to make
sure that you did not leave any black plastic fasteners attached to the door.

3. Put the aluminum inner panel into place on the door making sure that it is under the
OEM upper panel and centered on the door. At this time, mark all of the holes
through the panel for drilling.

4. Remove the panel from the door. If you are going to use the “pop” rivets supplied,
drill the holes using a 3/16” drill bit. If you choose to use sheet metal screws, use a
drill bit appropriate for the size of screw you choose to use.

5. Install your new Warrior aluminum inner panel using the pop rivets supplied or
sheet metal screws. Make sure that you have the panel situated under the OEM
upper panel.

6. Reinstall the window crank handle and the grab handle removed in step #1. You
can use Warrior Products’ optional aluminum grab handle (part # WAR 90756) if
you prefer.
