Features
This Programmable Rotary Timer is an electromechanical timing device which allows a load to be switched over a 24 hour period (at 30 minute intervals).
The device has 3 settings :
ON The load is activated overriding the set program.
(constantly on).
OFF The load is de activated
TIMER The load is automatically switched to the set
programmed times (1/2 hr. intervals)
Method of Operation
Set the clock so that the correct time of day is adjacent to the horizontal arrowhead.
If the timer has been wired to switch the load ON for the selected time periods, those periods must be selected in order to activate the load by moving the appropriate pins arranged around the clock face to the outward position (each pin represents 30 minutes)
If the timer has been wired to switch the load OFF for the selected time periods, those periods must be selected in order to deactivate the load by moving the appropriate pins arranged around the clock face to the inward position.
Move the slide switch to the desired operation mode i.e. ON
(constantly on), OFF and TIMER (as per settings) as and when required.
NOTE: DO NOT TURN THE SWITCHING DIAL IN AN ANTI CLOCKWISE DIRECTION AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE DEVICE.
