Open the doors on either side of the LCD display in order
to access the controls. Set the On/Standby switch to ON.
If power has been applied for the first time:
Set the current time by using the hour and minute
buttons
Set the day by using the Day button
Comfort Temperature – the “ON” temperature
(This temperature has been preset as follows
21˚C for Air sensing controllers
28˚C for Floor sensing controllers
To change the Comfort temperature:
Select the new temperature using the arrow keys
Press and hold the sun button for 3 seconds
You will see this icon on the display.
Economy Temperature – the “OFF” temperature
(This temperature has been preset as follows
18˚C for Air sensing controllers
20˚C for Floor sensing controllers
To change the Economy temperature:
Select the new temperature using the arrow keys
Press and hold the moon button for 3 seconds
You will see this icon on the display.
One temperature setting – for 24 hours
1. Press the Mode/Ret button - You will see the manual
icon on the display
2. Now press the arrow keys for the temperature you
require
The manual temperature can also be set by using the
Comfort or Economy temperatures.
1. Press the Mode/Ret button - You will see the manual
icon on the display
2. Now press the sun (Comfort button) or the moon
(Economy button) – whichever may be preferred.
Two temperature settings
Eg
Comfort temperature from 7 am to 10pm
Economy temperature from 10pm to 7 am
Press Mode/Ret so that the automatic icon
can be seen on the display.
Set P1
1. Select Pgm – you will now see the
house on 1 i.e.
2. Select Day – for the day to be
programmed (Press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to
set the same time for all days of the
week).
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to
set the time. Eg 7am
Set P2
1. Select Pgm – The house goes to
2. Select Day – for the day to be
programmed (Press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to
set the same time for all days of the
week).
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to
set the time. Eg 10pm
Erase P3
Press Pgm – you can now see
Hold the day button and select all the days of
the week and press Clear.
Erase P4
Press Pgm – you can now see
Hold the day button and select all days of the
week and then press Clear.
Four temperature settings
Eg
Comfort temperature from 6am to 9am
Economy temperature from 9am to 6pm
Comfort temperature from 6pm to 10pm
Economy temperature from 10pm to 6am
Press Mode/Ret so that the automatic icon can
be seen on the display.
Set P1
1. Select Pgm – the house is on 1 i.e.
2. Select Day – press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to set
the temperature for all days of the week.
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to set
the time. Eg 6am
Set P2
1. Select Pgm – The house goes to
2. Select Day – press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to set
the temperature for all days of the week.
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to set
the time. Eg 9am
Set P3
1. Select Pgm – The house goes to
2. Select Day – press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to set
the temperature for all days of the week.
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to set
the time. Eg 6pm
Set P4
4. Select Pgm – The house goes to
5. Select Day – press and hold the Day
button for 3 seconds if you want to set
the temperature for all days of the week.
6. Use the hour and minute buttons to set
the time. Eg 10pm
Settings for Saturday & Sunday (if different)
It is faster to program the same schedule for the entire week
and then modify the exception days eg weekends – Sat & Sun
If your Sat & Sun schedules are different from the rest of the
week then
• Press on Day button until SA or SU is displayed
• Press on PGM to select the respective program i.e. P1,
P2, P3 or P4 ( where you require to change the time)
Eg if you wish to change the times for P1 and P2 and
need to clear the times for P3 and P4
Select P1 and change the time using the Hour and Min
buttons
Select P2 and change the time as above
Select P3 and press the clear button to erase it
Select P4 and press the clear button to erase it
•Mode/Ret to exit this function
Once you have completed the schedule for Saturday, you can
repeat the schedule for Sunday.
Ensure that the Automatic icon can be seen on the LCD
Display.
If the manual icon can be seen, press the mode button again
you will now see the automatic icon
Your settings have now been programmed. The LCD display
will now show the following the comfort or economy
temperatures being used and the current program no. (i.e.
the active program) will also be shown.
Points to note:
If you are going to be away for an extended period then press
the vacation button for 3 secs until you see the suitcase icon
on the screen. The vacation temperature is set at 10 deg for
air and floor sensing thermostats.
To erase your program
Select PGM (and select the program to be erased i.e.
P1/P2/P3 or P4)
Ensure that you have selected the day and then press Clear
The time field will display --:-- showing that the program is
now inactive.
To reset the TH115 and start from the beginning:
Press and hold the
Position switch from ON to Standby and then to ON again.
Warning – please note that this will clear all programming.
To switch off the heating, move the ON/Standby switch to
Standby.
