For your safety and continued enjoyment of this product,
always read the instruction book carefully before using.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical appliance, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in re, electric shock or injuries.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when using or moving appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
12. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
13. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
14. The cover is only to prevent dust. While using, please leave open.

15. Always turn control to OFF, before disconnecting plug from wall outlet.

BEFORE USING
Clean
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Wash the drip pan and lid with warm soapy water using a sponge or dishcloth.
3. Rinse and dry thoroughly to remove soap residue.
4. Wipe body clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Do not immerse the appliance in water at any time.
Pre-heat before first use of Hot Dog Griller
1. Due to the manufacturing process, smoke and odors may be emitted during the rst few uses.
2. Plug into a 120V AC outlet.
3. Preheat the hot dog griller until smoke and odors dissipate.
4. Remove the plug from wall outlet; allow it to cool completely.
Note: You can expect smoke and odors during your rst preheating, which is considered normal, as it is part of “curing” the heating elements.

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
1. Switch
Has three functions: HI, OFF and LO. Plug the power cord into proper wall outlet, then press up to the HI position. The rollers will begin to heat and turn. The red light will illuminate to indicate the unit is on. When OFF is pressed, the unit stops working, and the light turns off. LO is used to keep hot dogs warm and for cleaning.
2. Drip Pan
The drip pan is used to catch oil and pieces from the roasted hot dogs.
HOW TO USE
1. After initial preheating and before rst use, follow the steps below.
2. It is recommended to preheat grill for 5 to 8 minutes before adding hotdogs.

3. Place the drip pan into the body. Open the lid.
4. Plug power cord into proper wall outlet.
5. Press HI to start rollers turning. Red light will turn on. It will take approximately 5 minutes for unit to heat up. Place hot dogs on rollers.
6. Check the progress of the roasting frequently. When nished, turn the switch to OFF, and red light will turn off.
7. Remove the plug from wall outlet.
8. Place the hot dogs in the tray or plate.
Important Notes:
Lid can be open or closed during cooking process.
Be sure to use on a heat-resistant and even surface. Keep at least 4 inches away from walls and other ammables in a well-ventilated area.
When in use, make sure the hot dog griller is the only appliance operating on the circuit.
Never immerse the griller body or cord in water or other liquid.
Always use non-stick utensils when removing hot dogs from the rollers.

HOW TO CLEAN
After Use
1. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Press switch to LO. When rollers begin to turn, take sponge or dishcloth and wipe clean.
3. Turn to Off.
4. Disconnect the plug from the wall outlet.
5. Wash the drip pan and clip with warm, soapy water using a sponge or dishcloth. Note: Do not put in
dishwasher. Hand wash only.
6. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
7. Wipe body clean with a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water at any time.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• A short power-supply cord (or detachable power­ supply cord) is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled or tripping over a longer cord.
• Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use.
• If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used, its marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and the cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
• Lid is removable for cleaning. Wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly or place on top rack of dishwasher.
