PREFACE

Thanks for your purchasing the motorcycle WY50QT-10, and
sincerely welcome you to be our motorcycle user. To enjoy a more safe
and pleasurable driving, at first please familiarity with the manual must
carry on before driving. Your personal safety depends not only the
vigilance and familiar operation skills, but also relates to whether you
are familiar with the mechanical performance. Before driving, check-up
and periodical maintenance are basic requirement. If maintenance and
repair needed, go to our service center for help. If you know the
mechanic knowledge and have the tools, the dealer can offer you help
with the maintenance and repair, like providing the parts catalogue and
the spare parts.
This manual explains in detail the correct operation and maintenance,
together with the expectation for your long-time use. Modifications in
specification could cause the discrepancy with some figures and content
in the manual, we feel sorry for that and hold the final right of
interpretation.

Have a good enjoyment and thanks again for your purchasing.

The important points to attention

Ÿ The driver and passenger

This motorcycle was limited to one driver and one passenger (except children younger than 12 years old).
Never exceed the Max load capacity of motorcycle.

Ÿ For the safety, avoid driving the motorcycle in atrocious weather or cold weather (under -12℃).

Ÿ For the road condition

This kinds of motorcycle can only drive on the highroad.

The caution banners about the safety or environment protection stick to the sundries box cover, the rear

carrier, and fuel tank cap. (Being visible before or during driving)

• Please carefully read the user manual

You must attention to the warning sentence or paragraph.

Rule for safe drive
Only the driver can be sure the motorcycle safety.

1、 The motorcycle happens many accidents; all reasons are that the car drivers didn’t look at the

motorcycle drivers. So the motorcycle drivers must:

※Wear the bright color clothes.
※Avoid driving at night. You must drive on guard and carefully to the strong light.

2、 Particular care should be exercised at the level crossing of roads, entrance and exit of parking lot

or on the automobile lane.

3、 Don’t speed, because the speeding usually happen an accident.
4、 You must get to the driving license and familiar with motorcycle. Never lend motorcycle to the

man without driving license or unfamiliar with motorcycle.

5、 Avoid to driving the road in accident, easily result in the operation without used or the parts was

broken

6、 You must check up the motorcycle before driving. (Look at Page 9)
7、 During driving, grasp the left hand bar by the left hand and the throttle twist grip by the right hand

with feet on the footrests.

8. Don’t be too close to other motor vehicles, non-compete Road grab the line, strictly abide by local
traffic laws。

⑴ Odometer：Records vehicle mileage。
⑵Speedometer

：When the vehicle, the speed of the vehicle。
⑶Fuel Meter：Show gasoline stocks。
⑷ Right Turning indicate light：When turning lights when clicked, right button right turn indicator will

shine。

⑸Headlight indicate light：Variable light switch button in the “ ”, high beam light will shine。
⑹Left Turning indicate light：When turning lights button when clicked, left turn indicator will to shine。

Ignition Switch（Fig4）

⑴On( )—when the switch turn to this position,

the engine starting and not take out the key.

⑵ Off( )—when the switch turn to this position,

the engine power off and take out the key.

⑶ Lock( )—when the switch turn to lock（ ）Position,

take out the key. Then not turn the steering wheel and
all the lights are off.

The fuel meter（Fig5）

Fuel meter (5) indicate the fuel volume in the fuel tank. When the
needle points to (F), it indicates that the effective residue fuel is 3.5L
When the needle points at red section it indicates the remainder of fuel is 1.2L.

Head light switch 1（Fig6）

The head light switch with three position:“ ” 、“ ” and“•”

：This position, the headlight and sidelights and tail light and meter light are all on.

：This position，sidelights、tail light and meter light are all on.

•： This position，headlight、tail light、sidelights and meter lights are off.

Starting switch 2（Fig6）

Press this button, the starting generator will start the engine.（See P14）

Press “ ” button，to get high beam；Press“ ”button，to get low beam.

Turning light switch 2（Fig7）

When the switch is on “ ”, turn left; When the switch is on“ ”
button, turn right. Press it down the light turn off.

Horn switch 3（Fig7）

Press this button, the horn is sounding.

Turning lock（Fig8、Fig9）

Turn handle left to end, press down ignition key to （ ）,the steering setting are locked. Doing the
above opposite, it is unlocked.

Seat Lock（Fig 10）

• Take the key 1 to the seat locked 2, then turning the

key clockwise to unlock the seat.

• Press down the seat to make it locked sound，then push the seat back
To confirm it has been locked and take out the key.

·Will the car keys insert cushions under the seat cushion,
then lock in a clockwise twist, open seat cushion to boot,
you can store items. But to remind you is not deposited

valuables fragile goods, because the car may damage your
vibration of the goods

III. The operation

·Inspection before riding

Make routine check-up before riding to insure the vehicle
perform well and safe driving.

Gasoline volume

Turn on the ignition switch and check the fuel meter,
replenish gasoline when the pointer is close to red section,
moreover, check the fuel tank and oil filter if leakage.

• Gasoline tank container：5L

• Counter-Clockwise to open the tank cover.（Fig12）

• Proposal Using low lead content or gasoline, octane number is 90.

• Do not replenish oil together with dust、water or other contamination into the tank.

Warning：
Ÿ Gasoline is incendive oil, even exploding. So first make sure the engine is off when

replenish. Meanwhile，forbid the beacon at the replenish and oil storage place.

Ÿ Not too full when replenish (Not storage oil at the entrance piping)，meanwhile make sure

the oil cover screw when replenish well.

Gasoline is virose，swoon if swallow some gasoline. Wherefore，not contacting the gasoline too

long. Absoluteness keep the children far the gasoline. Sure see the doctor when swallow.
Ÿ Inspect the engine oil level
Inspect the engine oil level（Fig13、Fig14）

1. Keep the motor steady in the ground screw up the oil dip rod

and clean it, then reinsert and inspect oil.

2. If oil, oil on the floor near oil - 2 mark, should add oil,

estimating the standard does not exceed 3, fuel cap after
mark to insert, oil will be their ruler to tighten and check
whether there is leaking phenomena.

We suggest you use oil etc

The free path of rear brake handle（Fig14、Fig16）

Measure the free path of rear brake handle before the detent function. The free path should be within

（10～20）mm from the end of brake handle to calculate.

• Adjust nut：（ A ） Increase the free path.
（B）Decrease the free path.

After adjust, the axle pin (2) should touch closely with nut (1) groove after adjust.

Abrasion mark of the brake（Fig16）

（1） Reference marks
（2） Indicate marks.

If totally brake. Change the brake block when reference marks and indicate marks must be situated a
straight line.

Noted：Once the brake needs to replace for a new one, please

go for the nearest maintenance service where there are technicians trained by formal training to
check. Spare parts of our company only can be used for replacement.

Check the tyre pressure periodically and adjust it if necessary.

• Check the tire pressure only when it is cooled.

• Check if there any metal trash or gravel in the groove of tyres，repair the tyre if leaking.

• Check if any metal trash or gravel in the groove of tires. If any impair please show your

motorcycle to the maintain service to inspect.

• Replace the tire when it wears to the abrasion mark.

Warning：

• If the tyre pressure dose not accord with the standard, it will possibly the traffic accident.

Ÿ It is dangerous to use the worn tire, it will effect to the friction between tyre and road. It

will possibly bring trouble or driving or even an accident.

Engine starting (Fig18)

• Prepare to start：Take up the main stand，Put the key into

ignition switch and turn to “ ”.

• Engine electric starting：press button 1to start engine, do

not use the starter more than 5seconds each time.

Note：

• Electric starting is only in the condition of grasping the brake handle.

• If electric starting is not succeeding, before starting again

with it, we must stop for 30 seconds If still can’t start.

Please use kick-start level.

• When cold start before driving please warm up engine for 3minutes.

• In hot weather conditions for a long time, if the engine is running, the idle will have
overheating, should shut down engine.

Drive the motorcycle:

WARNING:

• Wear the trousers to avoid touching with exhaust pipe and was burnt.

• All the device must be installed according to requirement of the traffic rule.

• Take the license to ride.

• Each equipment of the motorcycle should accord with the traffic law of local

government。

Control the speed and payload during the first1000kmPayload among75kg is appropriate
(including driver) overtaking and overloading will shorten the life of engine.

Speed is according to table2：

Driving operation

• Put down main stand and sit on saddle then support on ground by left foot to make vehicle is

upright to ground.

• Add gasoline slowly with throttle grip and then motorcycle will move forward smoothly. Take

back left foot to control throttle ensuring a suitable speed. Close the throttle slowly when
deceleration.

Warning:

• Do not add much gasoline suddenly with throttle grip to prevent motorcycle rush out

unexpectedly.

• Before drive, driver must take the stand.
Braking operation:

1. Control throttle grip
If drivers want to reduce speed, they must control the throttle and at that time use the two brakes
system, this point is very important.

NOTICE：If the drive will be done in such situation, for example: damp or loosely road,
raining. No matter brake, add speed or turn must take care.

2. Operate front and rear brake meanwhile.
Notice：Must totally close the flue when drive in a descent, and use two-brake system for reducing
speed. Don’t use brake continuously; otherwise it will reduce the effect of brake because of too hot.

Admonition: Don’t use front or rear brake separately when drive on slip road and turning in
middling or high speed. It is better that the front and rear brake should be used meanwhile to
avoid slipping, worse resulting in accident

Stopping engine（Fig 19、Fig 20）

• Close oil: revolve to the lowest place according to picture. (Loosen the throttle grip in normal

situation, and the engine is under idling speed mode)

• Turn the ignition switch to （ ）

Stop operation:

When stop the motorcycle, put the key to（ ）position, put down stand and lock handle（refer to
page 7）

Admonition：Park the motor in a smooth and hardy ground, or it may fall down and cause
injuring.
Anti-stealing points：

• Locking the handle and do not left key in the switch.

• Put the motor into the garage.

Ⅳ Maintenance and service

The blank of seasonal service

The maintenance is important to motorcycle. If drive with high speed in bad situation for a long
time, must add the times of maintenance. If motorcycle have a big repaired or a accident,. Must
take it to check for mainly spare parts. For example: frame, indicator parts and so on. Repair or
change the worn parts and make sure safety.

Notice：Don’t refit motorcycle make sure its safety. Must use good quality spare parts if replace
spare parts. If use bad quality spare parts, it will influence the safety of motorcycle.

Warning: Must close engine when make maintenance. It makes sure the repairer’s safety, and
put down the stand on the smooth ground.

Notice: Must make a good maintenance if the motorcycle don’t use over a month, or don’t use
in all the winter, make fuel, tyre and battery avoiding corrode.

Cleaning air filter（Fig 20）

• Take out air cleaner cover

• Screw up the blot.

• Take apart the core from air cleaner box.

• Compress air or use dry brush clean the filter element or

put a new filter in the air clean box.

• Do the above opposite to reinstall the air filter.

NOTICE：

• Do not use gasoline or low burning point solvent to clean。

Battery service（Fig 22）

It is adopted the airtight battery (don’t add water)
NOTICE：Never take apart upper cover of the electrolyte.

• If the motorcycle don’t use for a long time. Must take off the

battery and put it into a place where it is a dry and air.

• If the head of battery is corroded. Please take it off and clean.(use

boil water)

NOTICE: Turn off the ignition switch before taking apart the battery.
Taking negative terminal first and positive terminal next, when installing,

just opposite to above procedure

Adjustable Idle speed （Fig 23、Fig 24）

·The carburetor has adjusted to the best situation before selling out.

If it was not well adjusted, ask professional to adjust it
as the following。

• Warm up several minutes after engine starts。

• Screw the bolt 1 in slightly to increase the idle speed,

then screw in the mix ratio bole first and next out from
the idle speed adjustment screw to gain the minimum
torque.（If the idle speed reduced failed，please adjust the

free path of throttle handle）。

• After adjusting the idle speed, adjust the throttle free

path to 2-4mm.。While adjusting free path, screw out the
locknut 3 and adjust it by regulator 4. Finally, screw

down locknut tightly.。
After well adjusted, the engine speed can transit steadily
when suddenly apply the throttle instead of
turning off

oil replacement、Machine oil oil filler strainer's clean
Change the oil（fig25）

When replaces the machine oil, should when engine's temperature not yet cools, the automobile
body carries on by the jiffy stand support reliable condition, guaranteed that fast and complete puts

the machine oil clean 。

• Machine oil oil filler strainer's clean

• Preoccupies gets off an aircraft the oil dipstick and located at

the engine base oil filter cover 1, after taking down the oil filter

cover, then takes down the oil filter mesh 2 and spring 3 。

• Washes with the resolver the mesh clean 。

• Installs the mesh, the spring and oil filter cover 。

• Pours into to the engine conforms to the specification machine

oil, the oil mass take the bayonet gage upper limit symbol as the

standard. When survey oil mass level, cannot turn on lathe into

the bayonet gage

• Tighten the oil-foot。

• Starting engine, lets the engine transport the rotation minute

first under the idling regime condition, then, then switches off

the engine。

• The measuring engine oil mass, the oil mass level certainly

must again approach or achieve the upper limit symbol position,

simultaneously does not allow to have the oil leak

phenomenon。

Place the vehicle by the main stand.

• Screw out the leaking bolt 1 and oil-drain bolt 2.

Warning ： When leak, the engine need a certain
temperature, the motor use main stand. Make sure all of

the oil is leaked.

• Clean the drain bolt and then re-install it.

• Inject the oil into hole of the leak bolt 1 till the oil spill.

• Fix the leaking bolt 1 and screw it tight.

Standard： C7HSA（NGK）or A7T、A7RT

• Disconnect the joint of the spark plug cover and take

apart the spark plug with special tool.

• Check if any accumulated carbon or dirt, clean them

in cleanser or brusher. Replace the spark plug if badly

corroded. Clean the carbon accumulates and dirt

thoroughly by spark plug cleanser or brush.

• Normally the gap between side electrode (1) and

Center electrode (2) is 0.6-0.7 mm

• Don’t use other spark plug without approval.

Fuse replacement

The rated electric current of the fuse is 15 A. If the fuse often burns down, it
indicates the short circuit or overload in the electric system. Ask the serviceman
to repair it, and never use the brass wires to replace the fuse.

Ⅴ.Vehicle Storage

Stockpile

For the motorcycle not to be used for a long time, some steps should be taken to prevent
malfunction and damage to the parts. Besides, before the long-time storage, proper repairs
should also be done.

• Change the engine oil.

• Drain out the fuel in the fuel tank and carburetor.

Warning: Gasoline is inflammable and may cause fire and even explosion under certain
conditions. Therefore, do not smoke or make fire.

u Take apart the spark plug, inject about 15~20ml oil into the cylinder, step down the kick

pedal several times and then fix the spark back on.
u Take apart the battery and place it in a place without strong light or frozen ice, charge it

every month.
u Clean the vehicle and wipe it dry, coat the wax on the surface of the paint, and anti-rust oil

on other metal parts.

u Cover the vehicle and put it in a cool and dry place. Don’t store it in the place that

sunshine directly point-blank.

Use the vehicle after long-time storage

• Take off the cover and clean the vehicle. You should change the oil after 4 months above

storage.

• Charge the battery if necessary, and fix it on.

• Check all the parts before driving. (refer to page9), ride motorcycle in a low speed in

non-busy area, make sure the safety.

X. Emission Control System Warranty Statement

Wangye USA Co., LLC is pleased to explain the emission control system warranty on

Highway Motorcycle. New Highway Motorcycle must be designed, built and equipped to
regulations and standards of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the
California Air Resource Board and free from defects in material and workmanship that may
keep it from these requirements in the all applicable regulations.

Wangye USA Co., LLC must warrant the emission control system on the highway motorcycle
for 5 years or 6,000 km, whichever comes first, provided that there has been no abuse, neglect
or improper maintenance of highway motorcycle.

1. Period of Warranty

The period of warranty shall be one year on delivery, during this period of warranty:

(i). Any part defective by reason of the manufacturer’s faulty workmanship or material will be

replaced or repaired free of charge;

(ii). Any repairs or adjustments made necessary by reason of the manufacturer’s faulty

workmanship or material will be performed free of charge.
Emission control system may include parts such as the carburetor or fuel injection system, the
ignition system, catalytic converter and engine computer, if it is equipped. Also included may
be hoses, belts, connectors and other emission-related assemblies.

2. Responsibilities of Customer

To obtain repairs under warranty, the customer must:

(i). Ensure that the motorcycle is properly operated, maintained and stored as specified in

the Owner’s Manual;

(ii). Give notice to dealer approved by Wangye USA Co., LLC or other qualified service

facility of any and all apparent defects immediately upon discovery, and make the entire

motorcycle available at the time for inspection and repair at the dealer’s place of business;

(iii). Provide proof of warranty coverage to dealer;
(iv). Authorize the dealer to tear down the motorcycle for diagnostic evaluation should it

be required.
All warranty repairs must be done by the dealer and final approval of any repairs rests with
Wangye USA Co., LLC. All parts replaced become the property of Wangye USA Co., LLC.

3. Exclusion

This warranty does not cover the repair or damage resulting from abuse or neglect of the
motorcycle. Examples of abuse and neglect include, but are not limited to:

(i). Racing and competition;

(ii). Use of lubricants, oils and fuel/oil mixture other than those recommender in the Owner’s

Manual, improperly installed accessories and use of parts or accessories that are not

equivalent in design and quality to genuine Wangye parts;

(iii). Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, contact with foreign materials, impact,

submersion or use of the motorcycle after discovery of a defect;

(iv). Appearance-related damages of body parts. Examples of such damages include but are not

limited to: scratches, dents, fading, flaking and peeling;

(v). Motorcycle which has been modified in any way from the standard specifications shown in

the Owner’s Manual, for example, the odometer has been altered;

(vi). Normal wear and tear, corrosion and routine maintenance, such as the recommended

service inspections;

(vii). Pre-delivery inspection and assembly;

(viii). Damage from theft, fire, vandalism, explosion, water or acts of God.

4. Restriction

This warranty is in addition to, and not a modification of, any legal warranty required by the
laws of any state of US.
Subject to any applicable sales or consumer legislation, the above warranty is in lieu of any
warranty or representation, express or implied, including any warranty of performance,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on the part of Wangye USA, and any other
obligation or liability on behalf of Wangye USA, and the above warranty constitutes your sole
remedy and the full liability of Wangye USA. In no event shall Wangye USA be liable for
special, incidental or consequential damages howsoever caused, whether by negligence or
otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Motorcycle, or the Motorcycle’s
having replacement parts or the unavailability of replacement parts. Wangye USA does not
assume or authorize any person to create or assume for Wangye USA any obligation or liability
in connection with the Motorcycle or any part thereof distributed by Wwangye USA.
