The FIBCs, (code SBB) are devices suitable for discharging bulk bags of different shapes and sizes. They are manufactured from shotblasted, painted carbon steel; on request, they may be supplied in 304 stainless steel, entirely or only the parts in contact with the product to prevent its contamination. The numerous models and sizes of SBB available, together with the complete range of accessories make these machines suitable for use in virtually all applications in various industrial sectors and with different types of FIBCs: in fact, the hopper, which can also be supplied alone, is specially designed for optimising the bulk material flow.

Die Big-Bag Entleerstationen (Code SBB), sind Vorrichtungen, die zum Entleeren von Big-Bags unterschiedlicher Formen und Abmessungen geeignet sind. Sie bestehen aus sandgestrahltem und lackierten Stahl. Auf Anfrage sind sie auch entweder komplett oder nur in den produktberührenden T eilen aus Edelstahl 1.4301 lieferbar. Die zahlreichen Modellvarianten der SBB in Bezug auf Einbaumaße und komplettes Zubehörsortiment machen diese Geräte für jeden Einsatz in praktisch allen Industriezweigen sowie für unterschiedliche Big-Bag-Typen einsetzbar. Der auch separat lieferbare Trichter ist für eine optimierte Fließfähigkeit des Schüttguts konstruiert.

Les vide BIG-BAG (code SBB) sont des dispositifs qui servent à décharger des sacs de différentes formes et dimensions. Ils sont réalisés en acier au carbone sablé et peint. Sur demande, ils peuvent être réalisés en acier inox 304, soit entièrement, soit uniquement les parties au contact du produit pour éviter de le contaminer. Les nombreuses variantes de SBB en termes de modèle et dimensions disponibles, associées à une ample gamme d’accessoires, rendent ces machines utilisables pour n’importe quelle application dans tous les secteurs industriels et avec différents types de big-bag : en effet la trémie, qui peut être fournie même séparément, a été conçue spécialement pour optimiser la fluidité des produits.

Gli svuota BIG-BAG (codice SBB) sono dispositivi idonei a scaricare sacchi di svariate tipologie per forme e dimensioni. Sono realizzati in acciaio al carbonio sabbiato e verniciato; su richiesta comunque possono essere realizzati in AISI 304, sia interamente che solo nelle parti a contatto col prodotto per evitare contaminazioni dello stesso. Le numerose varianti di SBB in termini di modello e dimensioni disponibili, unite ad una completa gamma di accessori, rendono queste macchine utilizzabili per qualsiasi applicazione in tutti i settori industriali e con diverse tipologie di big-bag: infatti la tramoggia, che può essere fornita anche da sola, è stata accuratamente studiata per ottimizzare la scorrevolezza dei materiali.

The special feature of this equipment lies in the fact that it does not require the use of a fork lift truck for external loading of FIBCs, as it is designed for use with its own hoist (not supplied) which makes it possible to operate independently during the various phases. The equipment comprises:

- a unloading hopper.

- a supporting frame made of suitably sized tubular elements thick enough to guarantee the required sturdiness and solidity.

- a monorail for the hoist (hoist excluded).

- cross with pegs for hooking the FIBC harness, lifting hooks and tubular elements for using a lift truck if necessary for handling FIBCs.

Die Besonderheit dieses Geräts besteht darin, daß es zum Aufladen des Big-Bags keinen Gabelstapler benötigt, weil das Gerät für die Installation einer eigenen Seilwinde ausgelegt ist (gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang), was in den verschiedenen Arbeitsphasen ein Höchstmaß an Autonomie bedeutet. Besteht aus:

- Auslauf trichter.

- Rohrtragegestell in robuster Bauweise.

- Monoschiene für Seilwinde (Flaschenzug ausgenommen).

- Kreuzteil mit Stiften zum Einhaken der Big-Bag-Gurte, Haken zum Heben und Rohre für die eventuelle Benutzung eines Gabelstaplers zum Handling der Big-Bags.

- Pneumatic activators Materials featuring poor flowability do not flow out of the FIBC easily. It is therefore necessary to use pneumatic activators. These devices act directly at the bottom of the FIBC, causing lifting and lowering of the opposite corners to stimulate the flow of material compacted at the bottom. The gradual movement of the activators makes the FIBC assume a "V" shape, to eliminate the deadlock points.

Das ständige Ausfahren der Austraghilfe dient dazu, daß der Big-Bag eine V-förmige Gestalt annimmt, wodurch T oträume beseitigt werden.

Questi agiscono direttamente sul fondo dei big bag determinando un innalzamento e un abbassamento degli spigoli opposti in modo da stimolare la fuoriuscita del materiale compattato sul fondo. La progressiva escursione degli attivatori fa si che il big bag assume la forma a "V" in modo da eliminare i punti morti.

Its function is to cut valveless FIBCs which cannot be recycled.

N.B.: The blades can be removed so as to enable use also with FIBCs having valves. Accessory applicable on all SBB models. The knife blade is always made of Fe 430 mild steel, while the supporting frame is made of the same material as the FIBC.

Zum Aufschneiden von Einweg-BigBags ohne Auslaß-ventil.

N.B.: Die Messer können herausgenommen werden, da-mit auch Big-Bags ohne Ventil verarbeitet werden können. Zubehör, das bei jedem Modell der SBB angewendet werden kann. Die Messerklinge besteht jeweils aus St 430, während das Traggestell aus dem gleichen Werkstoff wie die Big-Bag Entleerstation gefertigt ist.

Sa fonction est de couper les gros sacs sans valve irrécupérables.

N.B.: les couteaux sont démontables de manière à permettre de travailler aussi les BIG BAG avec valve. Accessoire applicable à chaque modèle de SBB. La lame des couteaux est toujours réalisée en Fe 430, tandis que le châssis de soutien est réalisé dans le même matériau que le vide BIG-BAG.

- Materials featuring poor flowability do not flow out of the FIBC easily. It is therefore necessary to use pneumatic activators. These devices act directly at the bottom of the FIBC, causing lifting and lowering of the opposite corners to stimulate the flow of material compacted at the bottom. The gradual movement of the activators makes the FIBC assume a "V" shape, to eliminate the deadlock points.

In field 6 of the order code, select from the following options:

Each SBB model is provided with an electric vibrator motor to activate and facilitate descent of the product; the vibrating mass on each vibrator can be adjusted in a simple manner (see use and maintenance catalogue) to increase or decrease the centrifugal force. For the SBB._.125 model it is possible to mount a bigger vibrator, as shown in the Table below.

In field 7 of the order code it is possible to select from the following options:

Each vibrator is provided with a safety cable, which connects the vibrator to the FIBC cone in order to prevent accidental falling in the event of breakage of the fixing feet.

The noise level values, expressed in dB(A) are obtained from readings made in an open field, at maximum performance, on 4 cardinal points at a distance of 1.5 metres from the machine.

The values obtained are:

The user may obtain values different from those indicated depending on the environment in which the machine is installed. It is therefore advisable to avoid installing the machine near corners, walls and boxed metal structures.

The length of the screw conveyor must be defined on the basis of the plant requirements, with maximum inclination angle of 30° (to be specified in the order phase). The drawing represents an example of a 4000mm long screw conveyor. However, it is the Custo-mer's responsibility to fix the final part of the screw conveyor rigidly.

Die Schneckenlänge ist in bezug auf die Anlagenanfor-derungen auszulegen, mit einem max. Einbauwinkel von 30° (in der Bestellung anzugeben). In der Abbildung ist als Beispiel eine Schnecke von 4000 mm Länge dargestellt. Die fachgerechte Befestigung des Auslaufteils der Schnecke ist bauseitig vorzunehmen.
