2 Function Digital Pedometer
How to Wear Your Pedometer:
Place the pedometer on the waistband of your clothing or belt. Position it close to the midline of your thigh in an upright position. It should fit snug to your body and not hang loose. Incorrect wearing may cause inaccurate results.
To Activate:
Simply walk or move the pedometer. Press MODE <M> button to alternate between STEP and ACTIVITY TIME.
Step Count:
The default is Step Count. An arrow points to “STEP” at the right. Steps will be counted &shown once you start to walk. The maximum value is 99999 paces. The pedometer features a delayed reset button. To clear, hold the RESET <R> button down, the display will flash to signal that the resetting is underway. After approx 3-4 sec, both STEP and ACT TIME will reset to ZERO.
Activity Time:
Press the MODE <M> button until an arrow points to “ACT TIME” at the right. (0:00:00 represents Hours, Minutes and Seconds.) Activity Time is designed to calculate your total movement time, so it will record ONLY when you are moving. The maximum value is 9:59:59. To clear, hold the RESET <R> button down, the display will flash to signal that the resetting is underway. After approx 3-4 sec, both ACT TIME and STEP will reset to SERO.
Battery Conservation:
This pedometer is “green friendly” helping the environment by preserving battery life. If the pedometer is inactive for 4 minutes, it will automatically turn off an a blank screen is displayed.
To reactivate:
Simply walk or move the pedometer, the unit will resume counting and the display will revert to “STEP” status. (Note: No data is lost during this period.)
Caring for your Pedometer:
Avoid dropping or crushing, which could break the crystal.
Avoid excessive moisture. The pedometer is not waterproof.
Avoid forcing the pedometer clip onto belt or pant waist, which could cause the clip to
break.
Change the battery when the digital display becomes faded or blank. We recommend changing the battery once a year ti maintain optimum performance.
Do not disassemble the unit except for replacing battery.
