Foreword

We would like to thank you for buying this walimex pro product. Please read these instructions
carefully to avoid physical injuries and damages. Please keep this manual safe. If you are selling or
leaving the device to another person, please ensure to hand this manual over as well.

Warning

 Always protect this product against rain or moisture in order to prevent fire, damage to the

device or electric shock.

 The flash device contains high voltage components. Do not open or repair the flash device on

your own. If you touch the high voltage line, an electric shock can occur. Return the device to
the mentioned repair service.

 Ensure that the device is not dropped nor has other damages. Never repair the device on

your own. Do not open the device, have the device tested by an electrically skilled person
before you start using it.

 Do not flash directly into the eyes from a short distance, this could damage the eyes.

ATTENTION: Ensure a minimum distance of 1 meter between flash device and subject when
photographing small children and babies. Use a diffuser or bouncer to reduce the light
intensity.

 Keep the battery or easily swallowed parts away from children. In the case of an accidental

swallowing, contact a doctor immediately.

 If acid liquid has leaked, use gloves to remove the battery.
 Do not use the flash device in flammable gas, chemical or similar liquids. These substances

can sometimes react sensitively to the flash. A fire or electromagnetic interference can occur.
Please pay attention to any warning signs in your environment.

 Do not store the flash device in temperatures above 40°C (e.g., in the car), as electronic

components could be damaged.

 The flash device is not water repellant. Keep away from rain and moisture.
 If the flash device is not used for longer periods of time, please remove the batteries and

keep the device stored in a dry environment.
