Dear Client,
Congratula tions on buyin g a light produced by WALDI and you made a good c hoice! Nevertheless, for your own security we recommend t o
carefully rea d this manual.
Instruction for installation:
1. The lig ht is provided for a ceiling-mounting in dry rooms.
2. The lig ht is provided for a permanent mou nting. It may be fastened on normal infl ammable surfaces.
3. We recommend to ask a trained electrician to perf orm the connec tion (VD E 0100).
4. When mountin g the light, make sure that the power cord is stress free (switch “out”, fuse “out”).
Installation:
1. After you completed the connection, pu t the supplied cover on the luster terminals. Then position the terminal on the pin inside the lamp ( Fig. 1).
2. Should th ere be a protect ion wire at-si te, insulate it appropriately (Fi g. 1).
3. The light is fi xed by screws, if necessar y use dowels (not par t of the deliver y) (Fig. 4) .
4. After the light is mounted, ta ke the protect ive caps out of the p olybag and press them into the t wo holes.
5. Take off the protective plastic fi lm of the self adhesive coins and decora te the light as desired.
6. Be sure not to squash the lines when moun ting.
General informations:
1. Please note the minimum distance between the lamp and the fl oodlit surface marked on the light. The dista nce is 0,5 m and has to
be obser ved because of possible fi re risk. ( Fig. 2)
2. Only use the lamp indicated on the li ght (Fig.3)
3. The light serves only for decoration and is not suited as a child’s toy.
4. For safet y reasons no other decora tion parts should be f astened to the ceiling light.
5. For cleaning the light we recommend to use a dry or sligh tly damp clot h. Pay attention not to penetrate with the cloth inside the socket.
Before cleaning switch off t he light! When using a sl ightly damp c loth, you have to dry the light be fore switching it on again.
6. Please keep the manual for later communication pu rposes.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for injuries or damage which are a result of the incorrect use or connection of the lamp.
In the case of doubt, please consult a qualifi ed electrician.
