INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts.
2. Place the base on table.
3. Place the shade over the socket.
4. Install bulb (bulb not included).
Do not use a wattage bulb higher than 40 watts,
as noted on socket (40W A type bulb).
5. Connect power to circuit, turn on lamp and enjoy.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). As feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
