WEARING THE HEADSET

1. Place the headset on your head.

2. Position the earpiece(s) directly on the ear(s).

3. Slide the headband in or out of the side support for proper fit.

4. Position the microphone about one finger's width from your lower lip with the dot on the
microphone facing your mouth.

CONNECTING THE HEADSET TO A TELEPHONE AMPLIFIER

1. Attach the quick disconnect on the headset cord to the lower coil cord (this may be already
attached to your amplifier) Be sure to match the two sides of the quick disconnect correctly
before pushing them together.

2. Plug the other end of the coil cord into the headset port on the amplifier.
If needed, consult the amplifier user guide to locate the correct port.

CONNECTING THE HEADSET DIRECTLY TO A TELEPHONE
(for headset compatible phones only)

1. Attach the quick disconnect on the headset cord to the lower coil cord. Be sure to match the
two sides of the quick disconnect correctly before pushing them together.

2. Plug the other end of the lower cord into the headset port on the telephone. Some phones
allow connection to the handset port, please consult the phone's user manual.

EADSET INSTRUCTIONS

1. If your VXI headset or amplifier fails to work for any rea son during the first two years from the date of purchase as shown by the
purchase r's warranty registration, VXI will repair or replace the headse t or a mplifier, a t its election, free of charge. You may regis ter your
warranty online at www.v xicorp.com, or by calling cus tomer service at 800-742-8588. Without warranty registration, the warranty period
begins on the date of manufacture. All products returned to V XI after the two-year warranty period will be repaired as "out-of-warranty"
products, and the purchaser will be billed for such repairs pursuant to the out-of-warra nty repair provisions set forth below.

2. The obligations of V XI under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement (a t our option) of any part returned freight prepaid to
VX I. R eturned products require a R eturn Authorization that ma y be obtained online at www.vxicorp.com or by calling cus tomer s ervice a t 1­800-742-8588.

S ome jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties and the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.

4. In no event s hall V XI be responsible for any other damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, spec ial, incidental, conse quential, or
otherwise for breach of this or a ny other warranty, express or implied.

5. Products returned to VXI for out-of -warranty repairs, freight prepaid and with proper R eturn Authorization, will be return shipped to the
customer a t VXI's expense within five (5) bus ines s days of VX I's receipt of payment.
