Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Verbinder optimal verformt ist. Bei nicht
festem Sitz (A) ggf. Vorgang nochmals wiederholen. | Please check the
optimal deformation of the fastener. If necessary repeat the operation (A).

Werkzeug durch Zug am Drillstab aus
gesetztem Verbinder entnehmen. |
Release the tool from the fixed fastener
by pulling the spindel unit.

Wechsel der Gewindedorne | Changing of Mandrels/Threaded sleeves
Entfernen Sie Mundstück und Kontermutter... |
Release nose piece and locking nut ...
...und drücken Sie den Sicherungsbolzen heraus.
... and press out the connection bolt.
Der Gewindedorn kann nun entnommmen... |
The mandrel can be released and ...
...und gegen einen neuen Dorn oder eine Gewindehülse
für BN-Schrauben getauscht werden. | ... replaced by
a new mandrel or a threaded sleeve for blind rivet bolts.
Abschließend muss der Sicherungsbolzen zur
Fixierung wieder eingesetzt ... |
Finally reinsert the connection bolt and ....

... und das passende Mundstück sowie die Kontermutter wieder montiert werden. | ...install the nose

Wenig Hub | little stroke
Viel Hub | big stroke
... Je weiter die Hubeinstellhülse herausgeschraubt wird,
umso mehr Hub hat das Werkzeug.

bigger is the stroke of the tool.

Zangenschenkel bis zur optimalen Verformung zusammendrücken. | Press the brackets together until the
perfect deformation.

Durch Einschieben des Drillstabes wird die BN-Mutter/
-Schraube auf den Gewindedorn gespindelt. |
The blind rivet nut /-screw is screwd onto the mandrel
by inserting the spindle unit.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor Gebrauch, dass der Drillstab
fest montiert ist. | Check that the spindle unit is fixed
to the tool before you start operating.
