1. Preparation and activation

The packaging includes following components: one
pair heated insoles, power supply (charger), your
personal welcome guide.

1.1 Please charge your device before usage until the
LED turns blue. By charging it the Bluetooth function

of the device is automatically activated.

1.2 Please cut the insoles to the size you need to fit
into your shoes.

1.3 Download and install the Vulpés mobile applica­tion from the Apple App Store or the Google Play
Store on your mobile device.

1.4 Switch on the Bluetooth function on your mobile
device and start the Vulpés mobile application.

1.5 Please configure your profile by entering your

name and select your avatar.

1.6 Please choose your product by clicking on the
feet of your chosen avatar and add it to your
inventory.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that there is no other
unpaired heated insoles located nearby. It could
cause pairing issues when activating the insoles for
the first time.

1.7 Congratulations! The device is ready for use.
Enjoy your moments with Vulpés insoles!

2. Battery properties

2.1 The maximum battery runtime of this device is 7
hours under normal terms of use and under en­vironmental temperature of > 15°C.

2.2 The heating temperature is maximum 60°C /
140°F. Please consider that the actual temperature
on the surface is different from the heating

temperature which is defined as the temperature of

heating wires during the warming process.

2.3 The battery properties are shown below:

3. Important information

3.1 Cleaning: Please switch off the device before

cleaning. Clean the surface of the insoles with moist

cloth only. The battery, the components and the
material of which the product consists should never
be plunged in water, as this will cause damage to
the electronic components. If water penetrates the
product, it should be drained completely. Before

you again attempt to use the thermal system, it

must be completely dried out. During the drying
process please prevent any contact with heaters.

3.2 Disposal: Please dispose the device according to
disposal guidance for electronics in your country.
This device shall not be treated as household waste.
Instead, it shall be handed over to the appropriate
collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment. By ensuring this device is
disposed of correctly, you will help prevent
potential negative consequences for the

environment and human health, which could

otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste
handling of this device. The recycling of materials
will help to conserve natural resources. For more
detailed information about recycling of this device,
please contact your local civic office, your

household waste disposal service, or the shop

where you purchased the device.

3.3 Charging process: Please do not use the product

during the charging process. It is essential that the

product is switched off before you start charging.

3.4 Charging frequency: When the device is not in
use please keep it charged at least every second
month to prevent the downgrade of the battery
capacity.

3.5 Power supply (charger): Connect the charger to
power sources. Do not use outdoors or in damp
areas. Do not alter or subject the cord to damage or
stress. Unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never
alter the plug. If it does not fit into the outlet, have
a proper outlet installed by an electrician.

3.6 Please handle the device with care and keep it in
a clean and dust-free place. Please do not expose it
to flames, drop, throw or try to bend the product.

3.7 Please do not cut the insoles behind the drawn
lines.

3.8 Children: Warning! Keep out of the reach of
children. Do not allow children to play with devices
or accessories. They could hurt themselves or
others. Products may contain small parts that could
become detached and create a choking hazard.

3. Important information

4. Warranty Terms

4.1 Our Warranty: Subject to the conditions of this
Limited Warranty, Vulpés warrants this Product to
be free from defects in design, material and
workmanship at the time of its original purchase by
a consumer. This Limited Warranty will last for a
period of one (1) year as from the original date of
purchase of the Product.

4.2 Warranty claim: If, during the warranty period,

this Product fails to operate under normal use and

service, due to defects in design, materials or
workmanship, Vulpés authorized distributors or
service partners, where you purchased the Product,
will, at their option, either repair or replace the
Product in accordance with the terms and
conditions stipulated herein. Vulpés and its service
partners reserve the right to charge a handling fee if
a returned Product is found not to be under
warranty according to the conditions below.

4.3 Conditions:

a. This Limited Warranty is valid only if the original
proof of purchase for this Product issued by a
Vulpés authorized dealer specifying the date of
purchase and serial number, is presented with the
Product to be repaired or replaced. Vulpés reserves
the right to refuse warranty service if this
information has been removed or changed after the
original purchase of the Product from the dealer.

b. If Vulpés repairs or replaces the Product, the
repair for the defect concerned, or the replaced
Product shall be warranted for the remaining time
of the original warranty period or for ninety (90)
days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
Repair or replacement may involve the use of
functionally equivalent reconditioned units.
Replaced parts or components will become the
property of Vulpés.

c. This warranty does not cover any failure of the
Product that is due to the normal wear and tear,
use in environments where relevant IP rating
limitations, if applicable, are exceeded (including
liquid damage or the detection of liquid inside the

device resulting from such use), misuse or failure to

use in accordance with the Vulpés instructions for
use and maintenance of the Product. Nor does this
warranty cover any failure of the Product due to
accident, software or hardware modification or
adjustment, or acts of God.

d. A rechargeable battery can be charged and
discharged more than a hundred (100) times.
However, it will eventually wear out – this is not a
defect and corresponds to normal wear and tear.

4. Warranty Terms

e. This warranty does not cover Product failures
caused by installations, modifications, or repair or

opening of the Product performed by a non-Vulpés

authorized person.

f. There are no express warranties, whether written
or oral, other than this limited warranty. All implied
warranties, including without limitation the implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a par­ticular purpose, are limited to the duration of this
limited warranty. In no event shall Vulpés or its
licensors be liable for incidental or consequential
damages of any nature whatsoever, including but
not limited to lost profits or commercial loss to the
full extent those damages can be disclaimed by law.
The warranty provided does not affect the
consumer’s statutory rights under applicable legis­lation in force, nor the consumer’s rights against the
dealer arising from their sales /purchase contract.

g. The Limited Warranty is only valid for brand-new
products. Second-hand articles are exluded from
the Warranty Terms.

In der Verpackung finden Sie folgende Inhalte:
Beheizbare Einlegesohle, Ladekabel, Ihre persön­liche Gebrauchsanweisung.

1.1 Laden Sie vor der Verwendung die beheizbare
Einlegesohle vollständig auf bis die LED blau leuch­tet.

1.2 Bitte schneiden Sie die Einlegesohlen ent­sprechend Ihrer Schuhgröße an vorgesehenen Mar­kierungen an.

1.3 Laden und installieren Sie die mobile Vulpés

Applikation aus dem Apple App Store oder den

Google Play Store herunter.

1.4 Schalten Sie die Bluetooth Funktion auf Ihrem
Smartphone ein und starten Sie die mobile App.

1.5 Konfigurieren Sie Ihr Profil durch die Eingabe des

Namens und die Auswahl des Avatars. Sie gelangen

zu Ihrem Inventar und können durch das Klicken auf
die Füße die Einlegesohlen koppeln.

1.6 Glückwunsch! Sie gelangen nun in das Kontroll­menü und können die Vulpés Einlegesohlen nutzen.

Tipp: Sie können die Einlegesohlen im manuellen
Modus mit Hilfe des Knopfes an der Seite ohne die
Verwendung des Smartphones benutzen.

2. Batterieeigenschaften

2.1 Die maximale Heizdauer des Gerätes beträgt 7
Stunden auf der geringsten Stufe und unter
Berücksichtigung der normalen Gegebenheiten und
der Umgebungstemperatur von >15°C.

2.2 Die Betriebstemperatur liegt maximal bei 60°C /
140°F. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die genannte

Temperatur nicht die Oberflächentemperatur son-

dern die Betriebstemperatur des Gerätes ist. Die
Betriebstemperatur ist die Temperatur der Heiz­elemente beim Wärmevorgang.

3. Wichtige Hinweise

3.1 Reinigung: Die Einlegesohle darf im ausge-

schalteten Zustand mit einem feuchten Tuch

gereinigt werden. Das Gerät darf auf keinen Fall in
ein Wasserbad getaucht werden. Bitte lassen Sie die
Einlegesohlen vor dem nächsten Gebrauch voll­ständig austrocknen. Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Kon­takt mit Heizkörpern oder Heizgeräten.

3.2 Entsorgung: Bitte entsorgen Sie das Produkt
gemäß der Elektronik- und Batterieentsorgungs­richtlinien. Es muss an einer entsprechenden
Annahmestelle für das Recycling von elektrischen
und elektronischen Geräten abgegeben werden.
Bauen Sie keine Festeingebauten Akkus aus.
Festeingebaute Akkus dürfen nur von einer
Abfallaufbereitungseinrichtung oder einem ge­schulten Servicetechniker ausgebaut werden. Durch
Ihren Beitrag zum korrekten Entsorgen dieses
Produktes schützen Sie die Umwelt und die

Gesundheit Ihrer Mitmenschen.

3.3 Aufladeprozess: Bitte benutzen Sie das Geräte
nicht während des Aufladeprozesses. Es ist wichtig,
dass das Produkt in einem ausgeschalteten Zustand
ist, bevor Sie diesen laden.

3.4 Aufladezyklus: Bei Nichtbenutzung des Gerätes

laden Sie bitte die Batterie mindestens einmal in

zwei Monaten auf. Bei Nichteinhaltung des
Hinweises könnte es zu einer Verschlechterung der
Batteriekapazität führen.

3.5 Netzteil (Ladegeräte): Schließen Sie das Lade­gerät ausschließlich an Stromquellen an, die den
Angaben auf dem Produkt entsprechen. Bitte nut­zen Sie keine Stromquellen, die außerhalb von Ge­bäuden und / oder in Feuchtbereichen positioniert
sind.

3.6 Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Gerät nicht bei
hohen oder sehr niedrigen Temperaturen und bei
hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit gelagert werden darf. Achten
Sie bitte ferner auf die sorgfältige Nutzung des
Gerätes. Bitte setzen Sie das Gerät nicht den
Flammen, Wasser und Strahlungen aus. Bitte
vermeiden Sie jegliche Gewalteinwirkungen.

3.7 Bitte schneiden Sie die Einlegesohlen auf keinen
Fall hinter den entsprechenden Markierungen zu.

3.8 Kinderwarnung: Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht in die
Reichweite von Kindern gelangen. Sie können sich

oder Dritte verletzen. An dem Produkt befinden sich

eventuell Kleinteile, die abgelöst und verschluckt
werden und so zu Erstickungen führen können.

3. Wichtige Hinweise

4. Garantie

4.1 Unsere Garantie: Nach Maßgabe der Bedin­gungen dieser eingeschränkten Garantie, garantiert
Vulpés, dass dieses Produkt zum Zeitpunkt des
Erwerbs frei von Konstruktions-, Material- und
Fertigungsfehlern ist. Diese eingeschränkte Garantie
gilt für Ihr Produkt für einen Zeitraum von einem (1)
Jahr ab dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum des
Produktes.

4.2 Garantiefälle: Wenn dieses Produkt während

der Garantiezeit bei sachgemäßem Einsatz und
Service irgendwelche Design-, Material- oder
Fertigungsfehler aufweist, wird ein von Vulpés
autorisierter Vertragspartner das Produkt im
Rahmen der nachstehenden Bedingungen nach
seinem Ermessen entweder repariert oder ersetzt.
Vulpés oder seine Vertragspartner behalten sich das
Recht vor, eine Bearbeitungsgebühr zu erheben,
wenn das zurückgesendete Produkt nicht unter die
hier aufgeführten Garantiebestimmungen fällt.

4.3 Garantiebedingungen:

a. Diese eingeschränkte Garantie gilt nur, wenn der
von einem autorisierten Vulpés Vertragshändler für
dieses Produkt ausgestellte original Kaufbeleg mit
Seriennummer und dem Kaufdatum zusammen mit
dem zu reparierenden bzw. zu ersetzendem
Produkt vorgelegt wird. Vulpés behält sich das
Recht vor, Garantieleistungen zu verweigern, wenn
diese Informationen nach dem Kauf des Produktes
entfernt oder geändert wurde.

b. Wenn Vulpés das Produkt repariert oder Ersatz
leistet, gilt der Garantieanspruch für die Reparatur
des betroffenen Mangels bzw. für das ersetzte
Produkt für die verbleibenden Zeit der ursprüng­lichen Garantiezeit bzw. für neunzig (90) Tage ab
dem Reparaturdatum, je nachdem, welcher
Zeitraum länger ist. Reparatur oder Austausch kann
mit funktional gleichwertigen, instandgesetzten
Komponenten vorgenommen werden. Ersetzte
Bauteile oder Baugruppen gehen in das Eigentum
von Vulpés über.

c. Diese Garantie gilt unter Beachtung der An­weisung von Vulpés bezüglich Verwendung und
Wartung nicht für Fehler am Gerät, die durch
normalen Verschließ oder missbrauch entstanden
sind. Diese Garantie gilt auch nicht für Fehler am
Gerät aufgrund von Unfällen bzw. Veränderungen
und Anpassungen der Hardware und Software,
höherer Gewalt und durch Flüssigkeiten verursachte
Schäden.

d. Ein Akku kann mehr als hundert (100) mal ge- und

entladen werden. Trotzdem unterliegt er einem
gewissen Verschleiß. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um
einen Defekt, sondern um normale Abnutzung.

4. Garantie

e. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produkt­fehler, die durch Installationen, Modifikationen,
Reparaturen oder Öffnung des Produkts durch Per­sonen verursacht werden, die nicht von Vulpés
autorisiert wurden.

f. Es gibt keine ausdrücklichen Garantien, weder
schriftlich noch mündlich, außer dieser Garantie.
Sämtliche impliziten Garantien, einschließlich –

ohne darauf beschränkt zu sein – Garantien der

Handelsüblichkeit und der Eignung für einen
bestimmten Zweck, gelten nur für die Dauer der hier
beschrieben Garantie. Vulpés und die Lizenzgeber
sind, soweit ein Haftungsausschluss gesetzlich
zulässig ist, in keinem Fall ersatzpflichtig für Neben-

oder Folgeschäden gleich welcher Art, einschließlich

– ohne darauf beschränkt zu sein – entgangene
Gewinne und wirtschaftliche Nachteile.

g. Diese Garantie gilt nur, wenn das Produkt zum
Kaufdatum fabrikneu war.

1. Contenu d’emballage

L’emballage conserve les contenus suivants:
Semelle intérieure chauffante, câble de recharge,
votre mode d’emploi personnel.

1.1 Rechargez complètement la semelle intérieure
chauffant avant de l’utiliser.

1.2 Veuillez adapter la semelle intérieure à votre
pointure en coupant aux marquages correspon­dants.

1.3 Téléchargez l’application mobile Vulpés depuis
l’Apple App Store ou le Google Play Store. Installez-

les par la suite.

1.4 Activez sur votre Smartphone la fonction
Bluetooth et lancez l’application mobile Vulpés.

1.5 Une fois l’application lancée, une fenêtre
d’inscription s'affiche où vous pouvez saisir votre
nom, puis rechercher votre avatar.

1.6 Après la confirmation, vous arrivez à votre
inventaire et pouvez ajouter le produit correspon­dant en cliquant sur les parties du corps. Une fois le
couplage réussi, vous pouvez donner un nom
individuel à votre nouvel allié.

1.7 Bonne chance! Vous arrivez alors à votre inven­taire et pouvez utiliser les semelle intérieure
Vulpés.

2. Propriétés de la batterie

2.1 La durée de chauffe maximale de l’appareil est
de 7 heures sous réserve de circonstances normales
et une température ambiante de > 15°C.

2.2 La température de service s’élève au maximum
à 60°C / 140°F. Veuillez noter que la température

3. Remarques importantes

3.1 Nettoyage : La semelle intérieure doit être lavée

à la main à l'arrêt. Elle ne doit être en aucun cas

être plongée dans un bain d’eau.

3.2 Élimination: Veuillez éliminer le produit con­formément aux directives d’élimination de produits
électroniques. Il doit être emmené à un point de
collecte en mesure de recycler les appareils
électriques et électroniques. Ne démontez pas les
batteries encastrables. Les batteries encastrables ne
peuvent être démontées que par un site de
préparation de déchets ou un technicien de service
formé. Par votre contribution à une bonne
élimination de ce produit, vous protégez l’envi­ronnement et la santé de vos semblables.

3.3 Processus de charge: Ne pas utiliser le produit
pendant le processus de charge s'il vous plaît. Il est
important que l'appareil est complètement éteint
avant de le charger.

3.4 En cas de non-utilisation de l’appareil, veuillez
recharger la batterie au moins une fois tous les deux
mois.

3.5 Alimentation électrique (chargeurs) : Raccordez

le chargeur exclusivement aux sources électriques

qui correspondent aux indications sur le produit. Ne
l’utilisez jamais à l'extérieur de bâtiments ou dans
des milieux humides.

3.6 Veuillez garder à l'esprit que l’appareil ne peut
pas être stocké sous des hautes ou très basses
températures et dans des milieux très humides.

3.7 Protégez les semelle contre des objets coupants
ou pointus.

3.8 Mise en garde pour les enfants: Tenez cet

appareil hors de la portée des enfants. Vous pouvez

infliger des blessures à vous-même et aux autres. Le
produit présente éventuellement des petites pièces
susceptibles d’être dissoutes ou ingérées qui
peuvent provoquer des étouffements.

3. Remarques importantes

4. Garantie

4.1 Notre garantie : En vertu des conditions de
cette garantie limitée, Vulpés garantir que ce
produit est exempt de vices de conception, de

fabrication ou de matériel au moment de son

achat. Cette garantie limitée s’applique à votre
produit pour une période d’un (1) an à compter de
la date d'achat originale du produit.

4.2 Cas de garantie : Si ce produit présente des
vices de conception, de matériel ou de fabrication

au cours de la période de garantie malgré un usage

conforme, un partenaire commercial agréé par
Vulpés remplacera ou réparera à son entière
discrétion le produit selon les conditions ci-dessous.
Vulpés ou son partenaire contractuel se réservent
le droit de facturer des frais de service si le produit

retourné ne remplit pas les critères de garantie

répertoriés ici.

4.3 Conditions de garantie :

a. Cette garantie limitée n'est reconnue que sur
présentation d’un justificatif d'achat original par un
distributeur Vulpés agréé pour ce produit qui porte
le numéro de série et la date d’achat
accompagnant le produit à réparer ou à échanger.
Vulpés se réserve le droit de refuser des prestations
en garantie si ces informations ont été supprimées
ou modifiées après l'achat du produit.

b. Si Vulpés répare ou remplace le produit, la
réclamation en garantie pour la réparation du
défaut concerné ou pour le produit remplacé est
valable pour le temps résiduel de la période de
garantie initiale ou pendant quatre-vingt-dix (90)
jours à compter de la date de réparation, la période
la plus longue étant retenue. La réparation ou
l’échange peut être effectuée avec des composants
réparés fonctionnels de même valeur. Les compo­sants ou sous-composants remplacés sont cédés à
Vulpés.

c. D’après les instructions de Vulpés quant à l’utili­sation et l’entretien, cette garantie ne vaut pas
pour les vices sur l'appareil qui sont imputables à
une usure normale ou à une mauvaise utilisation.
Cette garantie ne s’applique pas non plus aux vices
de l'appareil imputables à des accidents, des
modifications ou des adaptations du matériel ou du
logiciel, ou bien à des dommages imputables à un
cas de force majeure ou des liquides.

certaine usure. Il ne s'agit donc pas d’un défaut,
mais d’une usure normale.

e. La garantie ne s’applique pas aux vices de produit
imputables à des installations, modifications, répa-

rations ou l’ouverture du produit par des personnes

qui ne sont pas agréées par Vulpés.

f. Il n’existe pas de garantie expresse, écrite ou
orale, autre que cette garantie. Toutes les garanties
implicites, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les
garanties de valeur marchande et d'aptitude à une
fin donnée, ne sont valables que pour la durée de la
garantie décrite ici. Tant qu’une exclusion de
responsabilité est autorisée par la loi, Vulpés et les
donneurs de licence ne sont en aucun cas rede­vables pour les dommages indirects ou consécutifs
de toutes sortes, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le
manque à gagner et les préjudices économiques.
